I was a walk in yesterday. I immediately noticed how clean the shop was. I had an excellent Mani Pedi, my nails are the best I've ever had. I also noticed them washing the tools. A refreshing site.

The guy cut my pinky up because he was rushing with the high grit filer, causing me to bleed, my nails are all different thickness, I have one weird pinky that's thick and rounded instead of square and the acrylic don't go up to my cuticles like it should my tips were painted on sloppy. Charged me 60$.

The guy that works here is extremely rude. If you want your nails soaked off be prepared for him to be rude and give you dirty looks. The woman that did my nails was very nice but $150 for a pedicure and short plain nails!? They don’t tell you any prices until you check out, no breakdown of what you were charged and why. The work is NOT WORTH that price! My nails are so wide and ugly. Will NOT be returning.

My nail tech was absolutely wonderful! He was very polite and did an amazing job on my pedicure. He really took his time and did a thorough job. It was a last minute decision that I'm glad I made.

First time to nail shop , very rushed after my feet sat in cold water for 10min ! Was told in the phone they do Jelly pedicure ! They don’t !!!!!!! And they use old school cutting tool that has been is not legal in WA state !!!!! My feet don’t even look like I did a pedicure ! Very disappointed! My feet were done by the only male in the shop , sorry didn’t get a name ! The you d lady did a great job on my mom ! But the wait was very long !!!!! Starting to question if they even use proper sanitizing for the tools ! He used a tool on my feet and put it back in the drawer! I would not return if you paid for the service !!
