We live within the vicinity of Airway Heights and I work in North Spokane. I decided to drop my vehicle off for an oil change before work about a year ago. Since then I haven't been back to the Airway location because I am extremely pleased with the customer service I get at this location and the ease of dropping off and picking up my vehicle, something I've struggled with at the Airway location due to personal logistics. Their service is great there too!
The employees at this location are all friendly, helpful and trustworthy.
Some of the negative reviews must be outdated because I have had nothing short of excellent customer service.
They have done oil changes, tire repair, rotation/alignment and seasonal tire switchouts.

I wanted to recognize Jason at this location who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. First of all I had called around various places to try and get my Tundra in for a winter change out. Everyone stated that they were not able to get me in. I called this store and Jason was extremely accommodating and stated he could get us taken care of. The price was so much better than other locations. Lastly he treated me as if I had been a long time customer. I will definitely bring my vehicles to this shop in the future as I will soon be doing my daughter's winter change out and will also be in the market for new tires for my dad's truck.Thank you Jason for an amazing experience.

WARNING DO NOT EVEN DROP YOUR CAR OFF HERE! They will keep it all day and try to keep it over night after you call and are on hold for an hour to get a status update for a quote. They were rude putting us on hold and never even got back to us before they closed!
