This was 1 of the first places I stayed at when I moved too Washington and this has too be 1 of the worst places I've ever stayed at. This place is cheap for a reason you definitely get what you pay for? cheap towels cheap bedding cheap tp. Walls paper thin and they don't even clean out there heater/fans.. rooms comes with bed bugs and weird looking bugs they don't properly remove them either once they clean one room of them. because they didn't make the proper precautions the bugs go into the rooms right beside or below.. the service is terrible from everyone even the owner which the owner WILL rip you and anyone off.. housekeeping is fine I guess but if you have kids they will kick out your kids if your not they're just too clean yalls room which is sketchy and the housekeeping aren't very good at they're job either. Maintenance sucks too the 2nd time someone up above us toilet broke they didn't even come and fix it so we had too use all of our clean towels they gave us and our own it was very disgusting someone's else's toilet water coming down the ceiling.. each time he actuallycame into fix stuff he tried too take some of our stuff, the manager at the time I was dealing with was very rude and ripping people off left and right I mean the customers she had including me was the reason she moved too Hawaii.. there's more but I don't want this paragraph too be any bigger lol all around I wouldn't recommend this motel it is one of the dirtiest rudest yet very sketchy place you could stay at

Honestly, we didn't want to leave. Service was great, nice people. Room was great. Water pressure is amazing, bathtub, cable, wifi, microwave, mini fridge with a freezer space.
Location is central to everything.
STA plaza in walking distance.
Heater/AC Unit worked great.
Bed is super comfy.
No complaints.

This place sucks they told me I'm not allowed to have any visitors , the staff was rude the security guard was creepy and I hate this place, they kicked me out for knowing someone they didn't like
Rooms: It was a non-smoking room but smelled as if they just had a party for Phillip Morris. Plain and out of date, the guy at the counter put the cash I paid the room with in his pocket and then kicked me out 10 minutes later
Noteworthy details: They don't have very many customers so you have to wonder how they stay open.

It’s a bit outdated. When I went to go to bed there was a huge wet yellow stain on the sheets. And black mold on the shower curtains and ceiling

Outdated real bad but clean. Very clean, actually, and would stay here again. A little loud at night outside. Allowed our dogs thank goodness because our family member was in the hospital there, and we didn't know if we were going to find a place not breed selective.

So I personally didn't stay here but I did have the most amazing experience with them. So I had a family member steal my bank info. (Account number, Routing number, membership ID, and debit card info). I checked my account and saw that said family member had paid for a two night stay at the Tiki Lodge. Once I called and told the manager what had happened she stopped it immediately and wouldn't let them charge it for another night and has flagged them and has said she will speak on our behalf during our dispute of funds.

I asked the head housekeeper Carmen for clean towels and she told me her check outs were more important!!! I have been a resident for over a year! I’ll never stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is completely inept, no hot water, disgusting rooms, inept security, mold in the shower and room, not to mention the completely rude staff.
Heater doesn't work, there is always puke in the parking lot, drug users on every corner and they allow drug dealers to stay there.
If I could give negative stars I would give it a negative ten, oh yeah, if you like company there are plenty of bed bugs to keep you company.
