This store does not pay their bills.... I work for a small business and have requested payment for goods for over 8 months!!! I am very professional when I call and repeatedly leave messages for Mr Markewych and now when I call, the receptionist hangs up on me!!!! RUDE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

You are not doing your business any favors by having the doctors office watch and take care of your store. I went in and wanted to buy over $350 of shoes and the lady behind counter said she had more important things to do. I walked out. AGAIN! Frustrating for the client. I can imagine how frustrating it is for you the business owner.

I am very sad to say I would order my shoes online and save myself the rude customer service. After I had orthopedic surgery, I wanted to shop local but will not return.

Nice local shoe shop. It’s located in a nicer area as well, making it a fun and safe shopping experience. The sales staff are always wonderful and listen to what you need and give good recommendations based on this. The selection is smaller, but it is what you would typically expect from a smaller specialty shoe store. They also carry wallets and a few leather goods and necklaces.

Don't allow the doctor to engage you in any geopolitical talk. He's a conspiracist pushing debunked theories on Ukraine/Russia who gets his info from the epoch times, etc. I won't ever go to that shop again.

I'm wondering if stores like this are wanting people to turn to Amazon and Zappos because the sales staff barely said "hello" to us when we walked in. They were completely apathetic about helping us and my wife was ready to spend $120 on a pair of Vionic's. We left because they didn't have what she wanted, but mostly it was due to their attitude. Spend your money where they at least pretend to be grateful for your business. BYYYEEEEE

I went in looking for something that I can wear for 10 hour days, walking on concrete. I have back issues. The clerk helped me so much, she was incredibly patient with me fussing over the kind of shoes I thought would work for me. She went through the different brands, types, and let me try multiple pairs. Awesome customer service! Hoping the shoes I bought work:)

Bought a pair of Clarke’s sandals on sale. Wore them fewer than four times. Sole split. Took them to store, not expecting a refund but possible guidance on returning to manufacturer or some effort to stand behind the sale. Blank stare. “Final sale.” Will not return and will urge others to stay clear.

Interesting selection of footwear but not so easy to get the size you need. The woman who works there isn't very friendly or helpful - it's as if she is doing you a huge favor to wait on you. I have a store credit on a return and it's the only reason I'd consider going there again.

Loved the store, went during a big sale and got some of the best deals ever. One rep Caleb did a great job guiding us through and helping us pick some great shoes. My girlfriend loves her new pair.
