I have been going to the Reclothery for about 11 years and up until now never had any issues, I recently dropped off about 9 items and a pair of shoes, a week later I had still not received the email stating what they had kept and I called to ask to about it , i was told they kept 3 clothing items, I asked what about the shoes? the shoes in question were a brand new pair of slip on Sketchers , the ones seen in the commercials, brand new, worn once by my mother, for 20 min, in her home , while wearing socks, retails for $100, I was told they did not take them because they were filled with flaky dead skin...... LIARS!!!!! They were in perfect brand new condition, I asked for them back and were told they were already donated , BULLSHIT, they were stolen by a employee, I am appalled they would make up such a disgusting, insulting LIE. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place is ran by trashy employees that steal your items, there is a new Buffalo Exchange opening in town that will now get my business,

Had money to spend, but didn’t. Was not greeted by either employee, I even made eye contact with one hoping to be greeted, it was a blank stare. Energy in the store was sad and not a place I’d want to shop. I had been in years before at a different location and was excited to find them again. Will not be back.

When I went to turn in some clothes the lady would not look at them. She told me that they were out of season and needed to be ironed and hung up on a hanger. She would not let me leave the clothes with her but would only schedule an appointment in 2 weeks. She was rude and I will not return.

This is such a great concept! Resell at a considerable discount, current clothing that has been lightly used. However, this is very much a niche business. They only carry a limited size range. They don't carry classic designs that work well over the years. They prefer current trendy items. They donate clothing that hasn't sold in perhaps 90 days, to very worthwhile organizations in the community.

This place has been in business a long time so must be doing something right; however, it is certainly not a happy place to shop. The person was direct, rude and obviously not happy to be there. Consigning clothes is also a painful process full of "if"s making it not worth my time. Let's donate to ACS Discovery Shop with their happy volunteers or someplace else. The appreciate their customers.

I've heard great things about this consignment shop for years from family and friends and finally had the opportunity to experience it for myself. Love it! Great selection, and everything was so well organized and accessible. They seriously have the cutest stuff and such a variety, something for pretty much any occasion. I found some great sale items and a couple things from the "$5 rack". And the ladies are so friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go again! Also love the South Hill location, convenient if you're in the area and not wanting to deal with downtown or midtown traffic & parking. Thanks, Reclothery! Next time I'll be checking out at all your cute handbags I didn't have the chance to look at this time!

I love this place ! I always find the best things to add to my wardrobe. The jewelry selection is huge and there is always a cute accessory or gift item.

I took a few things in to sell. Didn't sell a lot which was fine, but when I was picking everything up after the consignment had expired, there were 2 things they couldn't fine. One employee remembered selling 1 of the items earlier in the day. The problem, they would not give me the money for that item. They said that I wasn't entitled to that money because it was the last day of consignment. Interestingly they said they didn't realize this was the case until a month ago so they hadn't told me that when I dropped things off. It's not about the money because it was not much, it's the principle. Keeping the money they made off selling my stuff. Not good business that relies on others for their products and sales.
