We bought a bag online from TNF but it didn’t have the correct straps with it, so we took it here to see if they could help us and they exceeded our expectations and were so helpful and kind! Very very impressed with the team here! ❤️?❤️

Great store. Wish they had a larger selection. Their customer service is top notch though, definitely notice their level of customer service vs other retailers in the area.

was in there today to return a lightly used computer bag (no defects but had trouble using with the one over the shoulder handle). They refused to honor the return and the two men working there effused attitude. Clearly could care less losing a lifetime customer. Not at all what I would have expected from the usual welcoming staff.

Came in the store for some boots and was greeted by Stacey extremely nice and professional, answer all my questions and was very helpful . I'm Spokane for college baseball UC irvine vs Gonzaga .
