The Jewel Box Salon is simply the best! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. It’s a true one-stop-shop. Julie, my hairstylist, is incredibly talented and always leaves my hair looking beautiful and healthy. Sydney, my esthetician, works wonders with facials and eyebrows—she’s a true expert in her field. Jesse’s massages are transformative; I always leave feeling completely rejuvenated. The staff is warm and friendly, making every visit feel like hanging out with friends. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Love my new hair! Julie did a great cut and amazing color correction for me. Wanted to quit coloring and go back to natural grey and she did a really beautiful job of grey blending. Took multiple hours on my long hair but this salon is an easy place to spend an afternoon as they are all professional and easy going. This was my first service here and will definitely continue my hair journey with Julie.

I’m from Italy and I really care about my curly hair. I was really scared of getting a curly haircut someplace new that I didn’t know. Julie gave me the best curly haircut I’ve ever gotten. She’ll take good care of you, and she has an amazing personality, full of energy. Super recommended!!!

Owner had an availability at 9:30. I booked it, recieved no confirmation so I showed up at 9:45 waiting outside in 35 degree weather. Leslie didn’t show up at all and I left at 10:05 texting that I didn’t appreciate waiting outside and would go somewhere else.
At 10:10 Lindsay then replied that because I had no showed twice that she couldn’t take me as a client. So she lost my business and tried to justify her rude behavior as well. A business should account for no shows automatically as it happens frequently with many different people.
The unprofessional attitude and lack of communication in availability, as well as the disregard for appropriate business practices by the owner justifies this 1 star.
Well now you don’t make a commission and you get a bad rating.

I have been a repeat customer since the salon opened for massage, esthetics, and hair (cut/color). Julie is a wonderful stylist and a master colorist - she always creates beautiful cuts and is open to any wild ideas. ❤️ Jesse is a great,
thoughful massage therapist and Sydney is a fantastically knowledgeable facialist. I have never had anything but an outstanding service from all providers (and this includes booking and canceling appointments).

I have been going to Jewel Box salon since I moved to Spokane several years ago. It always has a big fun energy inside and I’m always greeted with warm smiles when I arrive. These stylists are top notch professionals & I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere. As I sit in the chair, more clients arrive & always the same warm welcome from everyone. It’s like a family & I love going there. Sorry to have read the last persons negative review, seems the completely the opposite of what I have always experienced. It’s 5 stars from me!!

Thank you, Julie, for magically fitting me into your schedule so I could look my best for the holidays! I know this was a special miracle because you'd been out sick and had a long list of people who you were managing to fit in to your schedule with the help of others in your salon. So a special shout-out to those who know that it's only polite to call and let the salon know that they won't be able to make their appointment. That allows for those of us on the waiting list to get in for an appointment.

I’ve been going to the Jewel Box Salon for several years. I have had outstanding experiences 100% of the time. My stylist is always considering what I like, and have questions about. She, provides incredible advice, as I’m not that great with hair. Not only is the stylist outstanding but the professionalism, cleanliness and operation of the salon are impeccable in every way.
