Ambiance:Very large open lobby. Clean, bright, and inviting. Restaurant and bar located in the lobby as well.Service:3 staff members at the check-in desk handling the influx of customers pretty efficiently. Helpful showing the location of your room and best way to access it.Facilities Quality:No complaints. Clean and updated beds and showers. Our room even had a door that opened right to the outdoor pool / communal area. Which was nice.Value for Money:Reasonable rates for the condition and location of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was overpriced, imo. But some might enjoy the convenience and disregard the $$$Overall Experience:Located right on the river. Within walking distance of the downtown mall and restaurants. Close to the sports hubs. With all of the food options nearby I probably won't utilize the in-house restaurant much. But I would definitely stay here again. Recommended

It was a wonderful stay, shortly out of downtown makes the experience much better, walking distance to multiple sporting areas, just an all around great location and excellent

Beware the Destination Amenity Fee of $20/night plus tax $1.80 per night. The overnight parking for self park is $15/night. Other taxes and fees were $42.99 per night. So while my reservation price seemed doable, the price at check out was a shock. Also beware the mediocre food in the restaurant, with few choices. The hotel asked me to pre checkin on line, irritating and sent too many emails about asking me to upgrade.I anticipated a luxury experience and while the room was clean and the staff friendly the experience was not up to par. The hotel says it is near the park, which it is but all the fun places to eat outside of the hotel are across the river. Not recommended at all. Spare yourself stay elsewhere.

Stayed there from 3/3- 3/18. Cleaning and was an issue. Room smelled like feed. Tried to change my room several times but supposedly there was no other room available. Carpet was washed but didn't help the smell. The noise level on weekends was another issue. Breakfast was good, and the service staff was great too. Front desk was professional, but not very friendly.Rooms: Smelled like feet. Very poor lighting- Was working from my room. Noise leve was unacceptable. Room on the 4th floor in from up the lobby. Front desk did not help with my concerns.

Im not sure why there are negative reviews this place was wonderful!!! Great convenient location to the arena just a short walk easy access to restaurants.Price was a little high but you pay for what you get. Great place would stay again!Had a downstairs room with a sliding door so convenient with a bar for security.Never felt unsafe even at nightFood is good.

The front desk service is helpful and friendly. The servers are nice. But the service overall is very poor. Very clear that management does not prioritize the service as the bar and wait staff are terribly understaffed. Feel bad for the workers because they likely get the brunt of the complaints but the awful service is from the top and their lack of management skills. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a great location. And is over all very clean and as mentioned, the employees are very friendly. Seeing how hard the staff is working and how poor they appear to be supported makes me feel like the employees must hate working here.TLDR - Management is terrible.Nearby activities: Plenty of food and shopping within walking distance.Walkability: Very close to green space for dogs I you travel with pets.Food & drinks: Management really needs to be better. They do not staff correctly and waiting 45 minutes for a drink is not the bartenders or servers fault. Management/Owners get a 1/10 rating.

Started out great but lack of staffing really put a damper on trip. Room is quiet, but restaurant service was terrible as it was a full hotel restaurant (75+ ppl) with one server. Bartender wouldn't mix cocktails that were "too complicated" and service was over an hour for burnt food. Also hotel was full for young athletic competition,so was very full and loud around front lobby at times, seems to be a popular stay for teams.Bright point was Front Desk staff were great.Walkability: Close to downtown and other dining

Well, I was out and about and I didn't have my key, and I couldn't get back in, security asked me to leave even though I was a guest there, which I politely did, and tthen got back in after, you would think they would have been a little more accommodating in trying to find out if what i was telling them was the truth instead of just pushing me out the door. Is everyone in Spokane treated like they are homeless?

Very chic hotel, restaurant, bar, laundry facilities. Decor is impressive, staff courteous, competent, and friendly. A little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for... stayed 5 days. Overall very nice ☺️

I have traveled alot in the last couple years not impressed I can give a list of reasons why but who cares it's not going to change all I can say is if you have other options take out of the last 10 place I have stayed there 7 are 8Food & drinks: Limited option you can order things to your room but go to the restaurant and not be allowed to order it confusing especially when you thought you knew what you wanted even easy stuff like a pizza can get a Supreme in the restaurant but not pepperoni but you can order a pepperoni pizza to the room but not a Supreme ?

Buyer Beware:Front desk and corporate policy is to not listen or remedy issues when booking online that defaults to wrong days, they refused to refund me an extra room that was accidentally booked an extra day when I showed up to check in.Joe and Alex at front desk want your money more than the IRS! That says a lot…There is a Ponzi Scheme resort fee (this is not a resort) with a coupon scheme, just give me a room and do not make me eat at your restaurant please! There are bibles in every room. Not sure why a business would try and convert people in a hotel room in 2024, but they are…In summary, it’s eighties look and feel without the customer service from that era…You can find better hospitality, there are lots of good hotels in Spokane that are not a profit vacuum.Hope you enjoyed my rambling!
