This is a quaint little shop tucked away on the corner of 7th and Washington.. its a full salon.. and is very peaceful and calming. A place to go and just relax. The stylist is very helpful and accommodating.

I've visited this salon twice and although I should not have returned after the experience I received the first time by Vika. Made an appointment, showed up on time and had to wait extra hour every appointment. Extremely disorganized and unable to handle her current clients load.Went in to have balayage , picked medium neutral blonde . My hair came out copper with rough spots, uneven. She tried to fix it and it was all done so rushed.I'll never go back!Service: Hair coloring

I was looking for a hairdresser closer to home because my previous hairdresser had moved out farther. I found Cadyl and thought I would give it a try. While the color was good, I was very surprised when I went to pay, she said she charges for color & haircut, even if you didn't get a haircut. That she didn't separate the two. ??? WTH .. I ended up paying for a haircut I did not receive. In retrospect I should have disputed it, but I didnj't. There was another customer in the salon, and I did not want to make a scene. I cannot recommend this hairdresser to anyone, and obviously will not be a return customer. Despite the distance I now have to travel to my previous hairdresser, I will continue to see her. She does a great job, is a very nice person, and best of all doesn't charge for a haircut if I didn't get one.

I really wanted to get my hair done very last minute for my birthday! So I gave Breakstone salon a call early in the morning. She answered the phone and rushed over to the salon to get me in and let me mention that my hair is a very big challenge (since i had box dye in it) i also have a hard time with my hair becouse of how curly it is!I am so greatful for that. Not only is she so great and nice she also kept great conversation with me and made me feel like my hair goals were amazing and worth wile. Defiantly my favorite spot to go I am so in love with my hair I wouldn't want anyone els touching it

Best Salon in Eastern Washington ! In the last 5 yrs, I have tried all the salons in Spokane Valley, and half the ones elsewhere in Spokane County. This is the first one where she got the color right AND managed to give me a flattering cut.....on the first visit. What a concept, right. Love the atmosphere of the salon, Cadyl's expertise & experience - she is really, really good, offers helpful tips when appropriate, and is great with people. As Jimmy Buffet sang: "I have found me a home."

I am a pretty low maintence hair person, and feel like I typically get taken advantage of at nicer salons because I can't talk the talk - not so at Breakstone. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had!So appreciated of Cadyl who knew what I wanted before I could get five words in, took the time to experiment with my hair, gave tons of advice and ideas and did a fantastic job. She is clearly an expert. Even her products are great, my hair looks shiny and clean three days later and I'm so regretting not purchasing the shampoo! Comfortable, laid back atmosphere, so enjoyed this experience and for the first time can't wait to go back to a salon. 10/10!Service: Haircut

The only hair guru I trust. Victoria.Great service, exceptional job, wonderful atmosphere.The setting inside is a bit claustrophobic and tight, however the decoration and trinkets are appealing to gauze upon.Plus the doggy ? who usually chills there is super kool ?

Salon review I love this salon. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Cadyl was up front about pricing, which was refreshing and the pricing was reasonable too. She doesn't overbook so I never felt rushed by another customer. She's quick with the foils, but was willing to put in the needed time to make sure the highlight process got to the exact color it should be. And I love love LOVE the color. And the cut is gorgeous too. My hair shines and the products she uses makes it so soft and healthy. She is truly an artist. She gave lots of hair care tips along the way too. The salon itself is a beautiful place to get pampered and Caydl is really sweet, friendly, and sincere. It was a great experience overall and I'm glad I've finally found my salon!

Caydl was amazing!Not only did she give me a great new look but she gave me tips on styling and explained while she was doing things. She also fit me in asap which was very nice. Place is very clean and decorative.Definitely found a keeper!
