Beautiful location. For all of the parents out there they do NOT accept WIC. This was the only location that had the formula I need in stock and I only found out at the checkout line that they do not accept WIC like the Spokane South or Valley locations.

Building is absolutely beautiful after the new remodels, and the makeup/beauty department is splendid, but during today's trip there wasn't any clean carts so me and my elderly mother had to carry our stuff across the store and cut our visit short. :(

Love the location, love the pickup service, but they never have anything in stock. It's always busy, but they can't keep up with the growth in the area.

If I could give 0 stars for the customer service I received through target.com I would! We ordered a new car seat for our child who has out grown his current seat. On targets app it says it was ordered and shipped on jan 17 to be delivered on 1/20, however through fedex delivery was 1/21. No updates were posted through fedex on this order supposedly coming from Georgia. On 1/22 I had still not received this item. I contacted target.com to inform them that fedex states they had not yet received this package to ship yet target website says they shipped it on 1/17. When I spoke to them and had to go through several different people to get any helpful information other than to use the tracking number that I had already used to tell me the information that I JUST provided them. I was told that since the package was not 48 hours past the anticipated delivery date nothing could be done. I called back today (48+hrs) and was basically told they still had no idea where it was or if it had been shipped. I had the choice to reorder or get it refunded on gift cards. They would NOT expedite the shipment, discount the shipment, not refund my money, or otherwise do ANYTHING that would be similar to customer service. Now I have to wait for another 7-10 days to get a car seat to keep my growing child safe. I will not be shopping at target after this experience. How hard is it to do SOMETHING to make it right for a customer?

I got treated like a criminal when all I wanted to do was return some cheap ink cartridriges. Target personnel has lost its mind. Whatever you guys do, do not buy electronic equipment here. Target does not honor returns. When their junk breaks, you're on your own. Unbelievably rude customer service, telling me how many times I had been in the store, watching me come in and out, and refusing my return. Another checker accused me of cutting in line when in fact, I did not. There's something foul in the air here. I'm going to start shopping elsewhere. They forget who's bringing in the money, and treat their customers like garbage.

This is less about Target and more to do with the shopping app, but I was very frustrated with the lack of service provided by the North Spokane Target. I placed an order for delivery, and was told the groceries would arrive no later than 12:00. 1:00 rolls around and I see the app has updated the time to 2:00. At 2:00 the time was updated to 4:00, then 5:00, then 7:00, now 8:00. I checked my email to verify nothing was cancelled at 1:30 in the afternoon - due to the holiday rush, but no messages so I thought I could trust the app. I tried calling the store after 6:00 to verify but the phone just rang until disconnecting me. I tried several times to get through, to multiple departments. I realize they are very busy with the holiday, so I'm not particularly upset about the inability to get through to a person on the phone. What I AM frustrated with is the app clearly makes it appear that the order is still in place, and the delivery time is just being pushed out. I checked my email a little while ago and received a message just before 2:00 that my order was cancelled. No text, no message through the app. One might argue I should have checked my email again later, but I would argue the purpose of having an app that updates should be to have accurate information available. This thing never said anything was canceled, and I spent all day waiting for it. This is a problem that needs to be fixed, if they want people to use that service. I'm glad I paid the one-time-only fee for service because I will not be using it again.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! This target discriminate against plus sized people. I was shopping for a swim suit for my sister and they had none in plus sizes!!! Also on top of that I call a head of time before going so they could put 2 floating tubes on hold for me because they only had a few left and they said yes, but when I got there to get them they not only did not put them on hold they didn't have any and that was the whole purpose of going to target the swimming suits were just if they had some! I will be never be shopping there again

Long line outside. Ridiculous. Won't shop at target. One of those stores I can do without. Checkout takes too long most times as many registers aren't manned.

The pharmacy has horrible staff. I stopped to get my husband some allergy medication. I needed over the counter ones and she was so snotty and irritated. Shopping around the store and other staff is great. I stopped at the starbucks inside to get my daughter the studded rainbow cup and she was oh so sweet. If you need anything from the pharmacy do not come here for those needs.

I've been reading other reviews of this Target and I'm a bit flummoxed by the 'filthy and dirty' comments. I've never used the bathroom here, so I can't judge that. Target is a discount store, so I expect very little as far as service goes. This isn't Nordstrom. I have asked where something is and get a polite reply and I've never met a person at the checkout area who was rude or anything but nice. I only gave it four stars because nothing is perfect. I don't do a great deal of grocery shopping here, but they carry certain types of food at decent prices, that I need. I have food allergies, so have to be picky. I'm thankful they carry it. I use the pharmacy and am amazed that they usually know my name. I really have no complaints.

I visited your Pharmacy and they were just so wonderful so helpful I had to transfer prescriptions from another state I just thank you so much I also like to say that I went into your food area and met a lady named Deb and she really help me find some gluten free foods she was so sweet and patient and I just wanted to give a shout out to her she didn't just tell me where to go she actually walk the aisles with me thank you Deb

I am utterly and completely disgusted with this store and it's employees. The 70% off clothing sales are insane, this is not Nordstrom's. I was in need of assistance during my visit in two different departments and was treated like a complete inbecile. And in fact I personally had to walk all over the store to find an employee to assist me. The customer service is appalling and down right disrespectful. I took the couple of items I gathered to the check out, after about 3min of waiting, I was asked how I was paying to which I responded via Target gift card, I was then informed that the gift card processing machine was down and had been all day. I call b******** as I had visited the S Hill Target just an hour prior and had no issues. Because this Newport Highway store is filled with a bunch of a****** customer service people and a faulty card processor, my grandson now has to suffer, as I was not able to purchase the gifts that he asked for. He is going to be completely devastated and will wonder why he couldn't get these items for Xmas even though he has been an amazing wonderful kid who is always on his best behavior. I nor any of my family members and friends WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS TARGET EVER AGAIN. And I'll have to be the one to explain to my 8yr old grandson why he could not get those three items that he so desperately wanted. I'm so upset about this and will be sure to share my horrible experience with EVERYONE I know. As Target employees all of you should be subjected to mandatory customer service training, courtesy, and friendly helpfulness

We all love Target - I mean this location alone is huge. My favorite section is the books section, truly - they organize it and the bestsellers always rope me in. Biggest Weakness: The concessions are always my favorite. I actually like the layout in terms of the aisles and how easy it is to get a hold of an associate if you need one. The seasonal items selection is awesome. My son of course is obsessed with the toy aisle and there are so many. The Northside Target - a great way to get lost in an afternoon.
