Was able to get an upgraded plan, at same as the current company I had, was also able to get affordable internet. A fantastic new phone. They were very helpful and accommodating. And there is always fear when switching but they made it pretty seamless.

TRASH! Vanessa is very rude, i went in to buy a new galaxy 23ultra but needed the 500 gig option, (WHY DOES T MOBILE NOT HAVE THESE AVAILABLE IN ANY STORE IN SPOKANE?!!!! THIS IS JIST TRASH!) I asked Vanessa if she would be able to locate one for me at a store nearby so I didn't have to go on a goose chase, thinking it would be no problem she refused! What kind of customer service is this?!! I asked why she refused and she looked nervous and said she had to 'help other customers' what?! So I looked around and guess what? I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE!! UNBELIEVABLE! then she had to go asked permission from her boss to call another store and help me? What?! Her boss wasn't helpful or caring at all and had no interest in my need for a phone, but wait isn't this a phone store, where they are supposed to try and sell phones?! Is this the twighlight zone?! And WHY DOESNT T BOBILE CARRY THE HIGHWR GIG OPTIONS?! MAKES ZERO SENSE AT ALL! T MOBILE IS A TRASH COMPANY!!!

The store on mission, nothing impressive there. There youngsters that helped my wife and I, just weren't that helpful. My wife had done everything over the Internet just needed to go to the store to pick up hey tablet because we didn't want it shipped to our address in fear someone would steal it, well that turned into them having to redo our plans we had set up, pretty much she had to redo everything she had done online in the store now. It really felt like they did this for a commission or something. And to top everything off we had to pay more than what we quoted online.. The phone I wanted her to be ordered and that was only sorry l supposed to be two days at the most which turned into a week.. Just wasn't that impressed. I love t Mobile, don't really love the stores. Most of the time I go in they tell me to dial 611 because they can't change anything or readjust anything for us there in at the store... Why have a store to go into if nothing can be done there except buy new phones.. Seems pointless to me

In todays world it is refreshing to receive quality, honesty and overall great customer service. Shout out to Lizzy for her outstanding professionalism. It is a courtesy that seems to be going by the way side. I am so glad to know that it still exists.

Came in today to get help with my cousins S21 and we were greeted by Caleb. Caleb helped us go over all the best options when it came to her phone and upgrading. He was very patient, kind & honest. I work for a competitor & I was very impressed with his knowledge & skill. If you're stopping by this location, make sure to ask for Caleb!

Their like greasy used car salesmenWith a classic bait and switch.If you have any problem after the contract is signed they don't want to deal with you in the store Anymore. They refer all problems with devices or service to their hotline with a 30 to 60 minute wait time. Disappointed in your new relationship with t mobile thats no problem plan on an hour on the phone just to cancel, cant do it in the store. Maybe a problem with your new device not starting. No problem just pencil in about an hour on the phone so they can tell you they cant change it out in the store where they have them and sold you the first one.No you have to have them ship it to you.I am now 9 days into a two day delivery still no word or product. Save yourself some aggravation and drive on by T-Mobile stores don’t stop and give them your money, Warning to all.

Went into this location to find out why their now charging 5$ to pay my bill in person only to be yelled at by the manager telling me that's their new policy and to pay my bill thru their app it's free but over the phone it's 10$ needless to say I'll never visit that location again and if it's like that at all locations I'll find an alternate way to pay my bill even after being with them for over 10 years and the only reason I gave them 1 star is because they didn't give me a choice of a zero star

I have recently found this location and I'm so glad I did. I personally worked with Georgie and Dan, and they both are fantastic. They took the time to discuss, test and eventually warranty my phone when other Tmobile stores in town asked me not to come back in store and just to "keep calling the hotline number". Kind, knowledgeable and patient employees who took the time to listen.

Consistently have issues after visiting this store which require me to call TMobile to fix. Staff does not ever seem happy and seem to miss steps, so if you are not aware of your plan/bill it could cost you money on your next bill. Highly recommend another TMobile store location, worth the extra drive.
