Chelsea and Seth D made my time at T-Mobil better than I could expect. My phone got stolen I need to replace it, Seth D took his time and gave me a way better option for a replacement phone than I expected to receive. ((( Oh, I'm going to miss you Samsung Note 8 ya you were old, but you held your own with the best.)) Chelsea, her pure kindness, grace, and patience made sure that everything on the new phone was completed. I was treated like my time and money meant something, and that kinda customer service is rare. Seth D thank you for your understanding and letting me take the time to figure out what I was going to purchase. Chelsea simply put, you're amazing, thank you both Massive Massive Respect!!!! If you need help and you are a T-Mobil Customer and you have been thinking about upgrading your phone or need anything go to level 1 at the North Town Mall it will be worth it. BS1

The store is well managed and staffed. The staff, Hope and Connor, were beyond fantastic in helping me select and set up a new phone. Hope is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough good stuff about her. Connor is amazingly resourceful and outstanding in providing superior customer service. Collectively, they are the Dynamic Duo. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Get more folks like Hope and Connor.

First time customer of T-Mobile and this location exceeded all expectations! Hope and Connor truly made this whole experience the best one possible. They were both extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I highly, highly recommend this location and the amazing customer service reps they have!

My wife went in because she had broken her phone. Since we had the protection plan, I told her to go in and get it fixed. She called me in my tears, telling me a gentleman told her it isn't covered and that she would have to buy a brand new phone and pay for two lines. I told her it is what it is and to go on in and I'll pay a $300 phone bill. She calls me after an hour...giggling that she got a new phone, was able to upgrade, and our bill basically stayed the same. I was astonished to hear especially because that means this lady went above and beyond to help her, especially if she was willing to pay for a new phone on top of her old one. That told me this woman cares about what she's doing. It meant the world when my wife came home with her new phone. The woman's name I am told Is \"Hope\", and she definitely made my new year. Saved us money and grief.

I will only go and see Hope. She is your girl you want. She isn't in it just for the sales, she really cares about your experience and helps you get what you want not what's best for her commission like some of the others that work there. When I first went in, I met with an AJ who told me I couldn't upgrade my phone and would have to buy a new phone on top of my other phone and open two lines. That there was NO other option. Distraught, I left and came back and was helped by Hope. she gave me the pamphlet to make a claim and asked if I would do it in store so she can help me right away. I WAS able to upgrade my phone and keep my bill basically the same even with accessories. She didn't have to pull strings, she just cared and took her time with me instead of wondering whose gonna fill her pockets. She helped me pick the best phone for me and really made the process quick and painless. She also made sure I had all my files updated before they wiped it. She turned an experience where I was about to leave T Mobil, into an experience where I will never leave T Mobil. AJ and some of the others are nice but they are only in it for the sales and I've also been left to the side by others because someone's looking for the latest and greatest iphone and I just wanna check account. Thank you Hope!!!!!!

All the employees I've interacted with at this store have been polite, professional, and helpful. In particular, a certain employee has gone above and beyond for me and my family. Hope W. is not only a shining example of what customer service should be, she genuinely cares. She's been helping me with a difficult situation after I ordered a watch online for my son that got stolen off my porch. She has also been super helpful in helping me find a phone for my son that will work with his heart monitor and companion app, which hasn't been easy. I can't possibly express how much her help has truly meant to me. She's provided some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere, hands down. Thank you so much!

We had a very good expirence with Hope at T mobile. She gave us everything we needed and I got two more add ons on top of the phone I already was buying for free. Would 11/10 recommend going back. Great customer service.

I went in to pay my bill .was told that LG no longer provided updates for my phone..so was showed other ones..since I had only had an android..I phone would be too hard for me..ok..I accept that...They sold me an old newer one that would be obsolete soon...they also told me all that could be transfered was contacts and photos . Everytime I asked a question the lady didn't like..she would go in the back room and ask the younger guy who was very nice but too interested in the ballgame to stay out...she was so rude when I told her I had never been treated like that from Spirit.I have been a Sprint customer for 23 years..At that point she said she could cancel the sale and I could go upstairs to the other store...at this point I had been there 2 hours!She never said anything about the insurance or asked me if I would like to upgrade later ..I really think I was treated terrible and will never go to that store again. Now I am stuck with a phone that will be outdated soon ..poor customer service!!!

Hope was the most helpful person I have ever worked with at this T-Mobile location. She was very helpful getting us set up with new service. She didn’t treat us like we were a bother. If you need to go to T-Mobile make sure to ask for Hope !!

This has been my main go to T-Mobile for a few years now. Hope is absolutely amazing. Perfect customer service. She got me a great price on my new watch and even talked to customer service for me about switching my date.

Chris & Hope were awesome. Hope walked me through absolutely everything to upgrade my phone, the case, the screen protector, etc! She really took care of me and I appreciate her patience with everything!!!

Went into this location to get help with an upgrade that got screwed up at another location and I'm so thankful that Hope was there to help me! She was awesome and took care of absolutely everything!!

My experience with T-Mobil has been anything but favorable they tell you one thing and then charge you late fees reconection fees when you tell them you get paid on the 3rd so they shut your service off on the 23rd and they tell you when you call on the problem that you were late well I wasn't late they were suppose to take the payment out on the 3rd every month so my payment went from 56 dollars a month to 202 dollars a month and they keep telling me it's late fees it sounds more like a racket to me sure would like to here comments on other peoplele's expertience 's, with Mobile.
