I accidently let a scammer make changes to my phone. Tylee worked with me for over an hour to make my phone right again. She explained what was happening and what T-Mobile was doing to fix it. She is GREAT!!!

Stopped by the T-Mobile on Mission and Ruby to get a screen protector put on my phone (I have zero patience to do so myself), and was helped by Georgee who was so amazing! Very friendly and professional, I was in and out of the store in no time!

Must say that I have been a Verizon customer ever since AT&T added phantom charges to my bill, but I happened to talk to Georgee at T-Mobile and she was very knowledgeable and confident in her field and brand that I'm glad I stopped in! Thanks Georgee! Can't recommend enough.

I am working with Tony Thurman to wrap up some billing issues from December of last year. I made the move to another carrier and everyone at Tmobile has been professional and helpful throughout the process. We had a little snafu on the old account and they are working hard to remedy the issue. I also have to add that after 3 months of service with the new provider (Verizon) I am less than pleased the coverage and issues we experienced as a business are so similar it wasn't worth the change. I am guessing its 5G issues for both carriers rather than typical coverage issues that we thought it was. We are a small local business with 10 devices and regret making the change, Tmobiles customer service and pricing were far better, and the dropped call issues happen with both carriers.Special thanks to you Tony, I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to help and work with me as if i were a new or active customer!The store had other customers pile in and they did not change how I was treated at all! 5+ star experience!!

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Jake with helping me through my technical issues. I had visited THREE other locations and received nothing but red tape, and more questions than I came with. I got bounced around from the Francis location, to the downtown location (who told me to go to the Apple Store, and maybe they could help me with my problem.) Jake had it solved within 20 minutes and I left 100% satisfied. Thank you so much!!
