Took my son here for a haircut today. No wait! Great clip was hour and half wait.Lady gave my son a great hair cut.Will come here for my next hair cut.

DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE!!! Awful job, I showed clear pictures and the lady and didn’t give me anything like what I asked for! She also cut my ear with a clipper! Extremely unprofessional and awful customer customer service. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!

I made an appointment for my daughter online at 2 something for a 4:30PM appointment. As soon as we walked in @ 4:25PM the "stylist" says I'm only taking appointments, we close at 5:00. Literally like a toddler stomping her feet. To which I said I made the appointment online for 4:30, I've been told at other supercuts YOU have to make your appointments online. She went on to complain that they shouldn't have people make appointments online or she would be there all night doing haircuts. She then says I still have these people, I'm only taking what's in this room. If I take anymore ill be doing appts all night.So we sat down. She looked mad. I went outside to call other places to see if they could get my kiddo in. And because it was last minute they couldn't. So I went back inside and sat back down. Normally I would just leave if someone has terrible customer service, but my kiddo really wanted her back to school haircut. Then a mother and son walked in. She did not say anything to them. About 15 mins goes by, and i think her name is Tracy, that's what it said online who I made the APPOINTMENT with IDK I was never told her name, yells out so rude, are you waiting for a ride or something? And I go what are you talking about? And she goes I told you I wasn't taking anymore customers. I'm like dumbfounded because that is not what she said, she implied with waving her arms around when we first arrived, that she wanted to announce she will only be taking me and my daughter and the other 2 guys that were there for the night. Didn't even acknowledge the mother and son that walked in after us, but apparently they were okay. Everyone is looking at us, i am so embarrassed at this point. So I just asked for the owners card. She said she didn't have cards. And I said okay who is your manager? And she goes her name is Laurie and I don't care if you let her know about this. How in the world you employ anyone that speaks to paying customers in that way, is beyond me. Its probably why this place has only negative reviews in the past year. She could of have just said politely I can't get you in tonight, but I can tomorrow. No she just went out of her way to be so rude. My daughter was crying in the car because she was so nasty. WHEN I SAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE DO. I should have read the reviews before ever walking in there. Sad thing is I picked this supercuts because it's by my place. I've gone to other Supercuts & they were really nice. This location is just AWFUL. DO NOT GO HERE!

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE! The lady ruined my hair. My hair is so choppy and she chopped like 3 inches off of my hair when I specifically asked her not to. I asked for a butterfly cut and no length cut off and it looks horrible. I don’t remember her name but it was an older lady with a snake tattoo on her hand. DON’T GO HERE. You could probably cut your own hair better.

I showed up early for my appointment and they were closed. I had come in earlier and they told me the wait was "145 minutes". They checked me in and told me to return then. I come back early, only to find that they are closed. You'd think that if your barber tells you to return in 145 minutes, they'd still be open then. And on here they still show open until 7 when they close at 6. No mathematicians working in here, thats for sure.

Stopped at this place on Tuesday, back again on Thursday, both times an hour and a half wait because they are understaffed. Wasn't able to get my haircut either time. Time to find a new place to get your haircut.

They missed multiple spots on my husband buzz cut the easiest cut to do. They then went on to my 3 year old son's haircut. My son's haircut looked like he had spots shaved uneven.We asked for #3 . The hairdresser cut it down to #2 without Checking her gaurd. I had to pay for ahorrible buzcut I had to fix for my husband. They tried charging $ for my son's ruined hair. She didn't take pride at all and it's really disappointing to see a place I once trusted ruin my husband and son's haircut. Don't take your son's haircuts here they are not good with kids. Just would have liked honesty and communication that they are comfortable with cutting younger kids hair this review definitely could have been avoided.

I'm very impressed with the new store. All the hallmarks of Supercuts transferred to the new store and the stylist even seemed to enjoy her job again. I'm glad they stayed in the neighborhood and can be reached somewhat easily. I do think they do need to add something to their price list and that is a senior rate (for those 62 and older) as sometimes the senior needs a break. One ouch point though is the loss of Mitchell hair care products. They need to be restored as the products are great. Other than these two issues I think Supercuts has a bright future in the new space and I think they should use it to their advantage so customers get the best haircut possible.

I tried to make a check in online and it wasn't working so I went in and there was 1 worker dyeing a lady with long hair. She turned and said "There's a hour wait. " I said there checkin wasn't working. She said " Ya new system " and I left. There was no customer service there, and they might as well put a close sight up that day.
