Was given a potentially fraudulent check; was proactive and informed the bank only to be told I'd be charged a $15 fee if it was indeed fraudulent... what horrible service! I'll be changing banks as soon as possible ?

Completely useless. Refused basic service.The boy at the counter and the little girl next to him were more then pleased to continue to sit and do nothing as there was no one else to help.Do better STCU.

Every time I go inside there is a long line, people talking forever and only two tellers. It just never fails to happen. And as I left there was a bunch of people behind me. This drives me crazy. The gal that helped me was very kind which helped the situation. I just dread having to do any banking!

Long wait time which is probably due to short staffing, but I did appreciate how professional and efficient Sam was with my transaction & others.I had noticed STCU offering IRA accounts and wanted to know if they had the Roth version. She got me a print out showing all the different accounts and I will probably be back soon to sit down with someone ☺️

I've been going to this bank for a long time and I've gotta say, whenever Cami serves me I regret coming in. Her attitude and body language shows that she'd rather be somewhere else and that I'm annoying her. I work in fast food so I understand that good customer service is hard sometimes but this is consistent.

I love STCU. It is easy to get to for me. Asher, my service dog, loves their dog cookies. They are ultra friendly and if you make a mistake, they don't make you feel dumb...they just clear everything and start over. Start an account today and watch your money grow! Mine is! I would say, "See ya in line"...but there rarely is one.

Best bank ever! After waking up to my checking account being over drafted and promptly having a panic attack, I drove to my closest STCU branch where I met Samantha! Not only did she calm me down and immediately figure out what the issue was but she also took the time to ask about my life all while typing away! 30 minutes later with a new card in hand, I walked out smiling and ready for the weekend ❤ Thanks Samantha D

First of all, Ive been with STCU for 21 years... I pulled up to the drive thru before 5:20pm at the northtown branch, all lanes were open but long lines and full of cars & busy so i pulled into the 3rd lane. A minute later a big 4x4 truck pulled in next to me at the 2nd lane. For whatever reason it was taking forever in all the lines, but the 3rd line WAS NOT MOVING... so eventually line 1& 2 all the people had got helped & I was still stuck behind a guy taking forever in a truck ahead of me in line 3. By the time i made it to the window, they said "sorry we're closed!!!" I was like huh? Ive been in line 40 minutes! Now it was almost 6pm, & Riley said to me,, " you werent in line at 5:30 so sorry we're closed! ( Funny part is that coincidentally i took pics on my phone that have the time and date stamp SHOWING I WAS THERE BEFORE 5:30, so I have proof!!!! ) She was pretty much calling me liar that i wasnt already in line at 5:30... too bad i have proof!!! I said umm the middle truck in the middle line was here AFTER ME and you gladly helped them!! Obviously the big truck in line 2 was blocking the view from them seeing MY CAR!!! Riley continued to argue that there were 3 ppl that came out to look and said my car wasnt there!!!! Excuse me, if they had looked, they would have seen my car had been out there since before 5:20pm! Please review your video camera surveilance and Ill wait for my apology!!!!!! My blood was boiling! Ive never been treated so rudely! Finally after arguing with me for 15 minutes, riley had the nerve to say she'll go ahead and ALLOW IT THIS ONE TIME" "how ride simce i had already been waiting 40 minutes!!!! She didnt even ask my security questions on my account!!!!! I was even more furious! Its 100 degrees outside & waited 40 minutes to be treated like THAT???? This has happened before at the Indiana branch, so they must be in the habit of saying they looked & didnt see a car cause they want to go home! So, waited 40 minutes in line, and now I was the very last person there & they didnt want to help me???? Stcu, you arent the only credit union ya know!!! Disgusted how I was treated & the fact this has happened before where they said " we looked and your car wasnt there at 5:30" makes me sick!! Too bad I have proof showing they were lying with photos taken on my phone! How shameful!!! I hope the CEO sees this! I would NEVER recommend this credit union!

Always answers my questions and processes my deposits from the night deposit box by 10 am the next day.
