I come in frequently..I really love office supplies and I also use this location for Amazon returns..Brittney has an amazing attitude.. extremely professional even when short staffed and slammed with customers. Amazing. I will continue to use this location just because the customer service is so good and thats rare thing these days. BRAVO STAPLES

The Staples on N. Division in Spokane has many services that I need as a teacher and supplies that my daughter needs for highschool.
Then there’s Cameron, who always knows the answer to my printer questions!!

Tried doing a “Happy Return” it was fast and painless. Was so pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Then they gave me a 15% coupon and we found an awesome gaming chair there as we’re walking out. They helped us to the car. Great customer service!

The store hours at this location keep changing and have been cut significantly, the website and Google listing have never been updated to reflect these changes. They open later and close earlier than is posted online.

Time for printer upgrade. The service & products I'm looking for are at Staples. So I agreed to write a review. Hoping to build-up my 'good printer Karma'. I know I'll get what I want. It'll be money well spent at Staples. My problem is 'ambivalence'. There's so many great printers out there, I need to decide between what I want & what I'll use. Have to get my money's worth. And I will at Staples!!

All staff, especially the gentleman in tech support, were professional, friendly, and supportive. He helped me, not only with my requested services on my desktop hard drive, purchasing technology, and arranging for checking out the hard drive, but also with a minor problem I was having with my laptop.This experience was like all my interactions at this Staples.
