I was sold an Apple Watch that was not compatible with my son’s watch - now T-Mobile doesn’t want to take responsibility for their unethical actions! Still waiting for the manager to call me- good to know that customer service is priority!UPDATE: 1-24-24 Still no returned call from Anna, Store Manager. I was even on her calendar to call me on 1/16/24 at noon. I requested the district manager to call me, no call or email. If we were told that this Apple Watch was not compatible with our child’s phone, we wouldn’t have bought it. Instead, we were told it was compatible and it’s not. T-mobile doesn’t care that their workers lie to sell items but hold customers to their 14 day return policy!

We switched over to T-Mobile from Att. I was "counseled" and given an idea of the cost and then decided to make the change. First I spoke with a guy in there with some crazy hair! I came back in the next day and decided to go for it. I was informed the first guy I talked to was promoted so another really young guy helped me probably early 20s. I wish I could remember his name. This guy was SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! It takes a LOT to piss me off but I sat in there for 4 1/2 hours, so irritated. He was More interested in talking with his coworkers who also seemed annoyed by him. He lied and had me grab accessories claiming they were included. Only to find out I AM paying for them on my first bill. (I would have never agreed to that) He told me my bill would be MUCH lower and guaranteed it. But failed to mention with all insurance etc included-- Somehow this idiot signed me up for everything on earth and my bill is MORE than I was paying at AT&T. Now I have a huge bill, and way shittier service. Who ever that guy was, I would enjoy him learning a lesson. I'm still angry a month later. Go to the Northtown store instead!! Much better customer service. And they're not connected. Stay away from the Francis store at all costs!!!!

I'd give a perfect score if they had more choices in stock because the friendliness and availability of the staff are awesome! Everyone I have met has been a 10/10. But one guy really stands out. If you stop by, tell Elliott I sent you. That guy is fantastic! ??

T-Mobile told me I had excellent service in my area. Within one day I had no service. I contacted T-Mobile they researched, and said they made a mistake. I live in a area with poor service. I was told to send the unit back. I did. Then they billed me for a restocking fee. For their error. I'm going to dump all T-Mobile communications, they admitted they can make millions just on restock fees.

My one year old phone stopped working. It was a brick. There wasn't any reason for it .......it just died.My husband drove me to T-Mobile and Colton came right over and within mins had my phone working! He was amazing. Very helpful and very kind.I was afraid we would have to be there for ever and I am not a fan of cell phones anyway but Colton knew just what to do and we were on our way. If you have a phone issue, I highly recommend Colton at the.Thank you!!!!

Great service. Elliott was so patient with this "old lady" and got me going with an awesome new modem and put a new SIM in my iPhone SE. I get so much better reception in my lath and plaster home now. Verizon kept cutting out and i couldn't even use my phone or iPad in my basement. Their tech people (i contacted on my phone) were great help too to get me started.
