Half of our lights and outlets went out in the morning, most noticeably the bathroom. We called, they said they would fix it. 30 minutes later, not fixed. Called again, same story. 30 minutes later, not fixed. Went to the front desk before we had to be gone all day. They said it would for sure be fixed by the time we got back. Surprise! Still no lights. Went back to the front desk where a different person was working. They could do nothing as the maintenance person was gone. Could not move to a new room since they were now sold out for the night. Offered no help other than to put in a service ticket, which was apparently not done that morning. Super fun to shower and use the bathroom in the dark especially with a kid. Very irritating situation. Please do better.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Double curtains allow for light and privacy, which is a nice option.

Good airport hotel with rooms that can sleep up to 6 people. I highly recommend this property when traveling abroad. The airport terminal is a few minutes' walking distance from the lobby. It has a pool and a little restaurant area too so you can enjoy a snack, have a beverage and watch a game.

Front desk staff were not helpful at check-in or check-out. The morning person was extremely rude. Rooms could be cleaned better. Found someone else’s clothes left behind.Rooms: Rooms are modern but not well cleaned.

What an awesome stay. Great location. Solidly comfortable beds and furniture. Sleep in a bit because the airport is a walk across the street.Walkability: Airport is close by!

Shower door is backwards, have to get in shower to turn on water. Great wakeup, ice cold water first thing in the morning. They NEED to be corrected.

Reservation not honored. Booked direct through marriott. Reservation confirmed 2 weeks prior to one night stay.On arrival, told room was given away. Reason told was random, luck of the draw.No communication prior to walking into hotel.With all the technology marriott is adopting for customer tracking and interaction, this seems like a simple feature to include.

I very rarely share a review, but this hotel here exceeded my husband's and I expectations. We were visiting for our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The front desk staff was amazing and the food was delicious as well. The room was very nice and quite despite it being right in front of the airport. I don't see myself staying anywhere else but here when I visit spokane. 10/10 in my book!!!Rooms: We stayed in a king suite and it was so beautiful and quite despite the airport being right in front of the hotel. It was spacious and cleanand the TV's with internet were a plus. I was able to connect to my Netflix and watch my movies.Walkability: We literally walked from the airport to the hotel since it's right across the street. It's no more than. A quick 3 to 5 minute walk. So convenient .Food & drinks: We had burger there and it was absolutely delicious.

This place was kind of a clusterf&@*€. Stayed here for a night before we flew out and after we came back. Both times the staff seemed untrained (the second night the front desk guy couldn’t get access to the system, so we waited a looooong time to check in). It’s literally across from the airport, and there are no visible crosswalks to get there, so it feels somewhat hazardous crossing the road. And there’s no park and fly, despite the location. Utterly bizarre. The rooms are nice, but I would never stay here again.Rooms: Nice rooms

Stayed at this hotel MANY times since they opened. Have never been told to move my vehicle, only that one day is included and I pay the remaining days as the airport actually owns the parking lot. This time I was told to move my vehicle which negates any benefit that this hotel has for location. Person at the front desk was extremely rude and talked in circles about exactly why parking multiple nights was not allowed. First it was they have never had that as an option, then it was something about a gate not working. Longtime Bonvoy member that will be switching based on this experience.

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff (Sherilyn), great breakfast, and nice workout room. It was super convenient to walk from the airport, and downtown was a quick Lyft ride!

I booked a King Suite weeks ago and the gave me two queens. When I went to let them know they said they were 100% full and I must have been bumped. I went back to my room and checked online and they had a king room.The hotel has taken a drive in terms of service. This is the second Springhill Suites I've stated at this week and the first one was not a great experience either.
