Selection is good, but this store is hit or miss when it comes to service and accurate in-store pricing. On each visit this season I’ve found items displayed with the incorrect price, and the store has been more empty of both customers and employees. Lots of empty space in there at the moment. It has traditionally been a good outdoor store, though, so maybe it’s just a rough patch.

Tried to get help in the fishing section, and the MANAGER said corporate stole 250 hours from him so he had nobody working at all today! Last I checked in the world of retail that I worked in, the managers job is to cover those issues himself, but this guy spent 20 minutes in the bathroom then refused to help a customer, but I was also ignored by 3 other employees. Not sure if it’s a gender issue, or just lack of care for their job. It’s annoying that people are so lazy they refuse to do their jobs! Save yourself the annoyance, and go to Cabelas.

I had an appointment to pick up a firearm today from this Sportsman's Warehouse location. I have bought several firearms here. I had a schedule change at work and so I was able to come in earlier than expected to pick up my firearm. I got there right as they opened. I was treated rudely because I was earlier than my appointment time. But I happen to know from the past that the appointment times aren't adhered to very well. I have had to wait for up to a half hour in the past even though I was on time for my appointment to pick up a gun. This morning when I went to get my firearm, there was literally nobody else in the store. But the guy at the gun counter was very rude and abrasive to me. He made sure to tell me that I was too early. He barked orders at me a couple of times. He was just very unfriendly. Apparently their computer system is not ready to go when they open? Maybe come in 10 minutes early and get it ready? I don't feel like that should be my problem. I don't appreciate being told to "go back to that register!", or "don't type anything! I'll do that!" even though the credit card screen prompted me to type in my phone number. I feel like this is not something a customer should have to put up with at a business where they spend hundreds or even thousands of dollars. I've spent several thousand dollars at this location over the past two or three years. I have one more firearm I have already purchased and I'm waiting to pick up. But I think once I finish that transaction, I will not deal with this Sportsman's Warehouse again. They are not the only game in town.

Spoke with Alan over the phone today in hunting&fishing. Amazing customer service, answered all my questions and informed me on more- ended up purchasing a .22 just because the customer service from Alan was that great.

Purchased my first firearm from this place. Everyone in the department were amazing they answered questions and didn't treat me like I was stupid but knew it was my first purchas so they offered advice suggested the best arms for a novice and most importantly gained a loyal customer for life. Hands down the best shop and I can not recommend it more. All the employees are knowledgeable and were ready to help. Thank you so much!

A man's Disney land! They have everything you need for sports, hunting, fishing and other hobbies. I know everytime we go that I'm going to be there for a while lol. Prices are fair and you can find some great deals. I got my boyfriend a fish finder on sale for less than a hundred dollars and it's a really good one. Father's day is almost here so If you have a man who is difficult to find gifts for you need to go to sportsman's warehouse.
