Save your money and time and search somewhere else with better communication and availability. I reserved an appointment for my kitten today (10/21) approx 4 weeks ago. Earlier last week I received a call stating the appointment was canceled and they will reach out and reschedule at a later time. However, I still recieved e-mails prepping me for his appointment. I wanted to reach out to confirm if his appointment is indeed canceled or not. I have called the clinic, never get an answer from someone or get a mailbox that's full. I have emailed the email that was attached to the preparation email, no answer. I still show up anyway because I did pay a "non-refundable" deposit and of course, no answer. Call or text to check in.

I am very appreciative of low cost say services like this! It allowed me to adopt 2 kittens and not have to worry about adding to the cat population any further.
The hardest part was finding the parking lot and figuring out how the process worked.
Make sure you made your appointment online first! Then, park in a numbered space (remember which space number it is!) There is a banner across the entrance with a phone number that you text your name, space number and vehicle description to. Wait a bit and a staff member will be out to get your pet. Easy peasy!
I had 2 kittens spayed, rabies given, and microchipped. They came through with flying colors and I picked them up at the end of the day. My vet wanted to charge more for just spaying ONE kitten than what I paid for 2! And that price from the vet did not include the rabies or microchip.

Adopted a cat from Petsmart, from Spokanimal. Was missing one of its vaccine shots that was due before I adopted her. They only do them on certain days during certain hours.
I take time off, put the kitty in a carrier and we drive out. Park, text the number on the sign and wait. And wait. Then were told that they were short staffed and won’t do her vaccine shot.
I took the afternoon off, and got the kitty all worked up for nothing. Id rather pay for it from my normal vet, than get that situation again.

We have tried communicating via phone & email for several months. We had canceled our appointment several months ago, asked for a refund, and was still receiving emails to sign the authorizations up to the date of the appointment. We did not realize that making the deposit, which was made hastily due to finally finding an open appointment, was possibly not refundable. We understand it being not refundable if we were no shows. But we have been communicating every 5-7 days by leaving voicemails, speaking to staff who say they will talk to the accountant, and emailing. Still no communication. We are financially drowning and told them that several times. We were not able to make the trip all the way to Spokane. Yet we still have not even received any communication in response. I'm sure they help some animals. Based on some of the reviews here. But be aware that they do not communicate and take your money.

Great experience from start to finish. The online booking was simple and appointments were very available, at the time. Day of, we pulled up, texted the number our information. Someone came out and got out girl and took her in. We never even got out other than to say see you soon. Got the call she was done and recovering with a time to pick her up, plus the bill was emailed. We paid the bill online, incredibly easy. And I'm incredibly happy with the cost as well. When we went to pick her up, it was the same process as drop off and equally smooth. She's recovering very well and the incision was very tiny. I highly recommend this vet.

Showed great hospitality and very timely I dropped my dogs off at 8:00 and had the⁹m back home by 11:00 which is hours earlier than said. Was informative and let me know how surgery went right away. Would recommend to anybody wanting to come here for a spay and neuter.

Really good customer service. They have where you text when you get there and what spot you're in and then they come out to you and get your animals in kind of the same process when you're picking up your animals. They are very good at what they do and I am very grateful for them

This place is a joke!!! We adopted a kitten and was told tomorrow come here to get her shots. The first time the tech was so rude and unfriendly immediately it was ridiculous. $40 dollars later and our kitten was in there (not even exaggerating), less then 2 mins. I know they didn’t do an examination that comes with the fee. There is absolutely no way they would’ve been able to in that timeframe let alone even get the shots done.Came back three weeks later (today 1/11/24) Literally sat there for almost two hours!! checked in at 2pm walked in the place at 3:45 after seeing 3 cars come and leave within the last 30 mins I was there get checked in, and leave in 15 mins AFTER I was there for an hour and half. They were so rude. Denied people going before us even though I sat and watched. They are so unprofessional and disgusting it’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. Go to a legit vet that will actually do the exam and shot not this dump of a place.
