Horrible place wouldn't take my worst dog there. I was promised cremation within two weeks of being paid and it's been four weeks and he's still sitting in a cooler. These people royally suck. If you care anything about your animals do not take them there

They were great. I just wish I could have gone back with my dog but everyone was wonderful there. Tucker on the way home was happy. Lord of treats and the best boy ever!

I was treated rudely. I will never seek to adopt from them again. They had unreasonable rules and don't care about the welfare of these poor animals getting a quality home. I would suggest you go to SCRAPS.

This place was a little far out from where we live but the people were very nice and they made it very easy to sign in and to see the dogs.

The Spokane humane society have a bunch of really good people. They work very hard to get good homes to the animals they get in there . They help for people that can't afford food for their animals and the vet clinic is at a much lower price then any of the other vets .

Aiden will not let you adopt a cat if you let him outside. He says the sparrow population is in danger and the cats are to blame. I found him disingenuous and laughable because he argued that I didn't even know the cat I wanted to adopt. So it was apparent he was holding that particular cat for someone else. The dark haired woman sitting behind the desk on the two visits I made is rough and tries to appear intimidating, she isn't enjoying her time there. These humane societies are not affiliated with the main Humane Society. It's a name like any other according to the Washington DC location headquarters. Anyone can open and license a "Humane Society" business name, label it a non-profit business and operate it. This location is in reality just THAT generic regardless of how long they've been in operation. This is my unbiased experience without rose colored glasses. Don't need this negative hole in the wall a part of my life, donate to SCRAPS!

Rude staff with a website that hides any actual information with useless crap. Animals are spread out all over Spokane. Was told "only have 1 cat and he is not very nice". Waste of a drive and time. With that many staff you'd think someone could answer a phone but it's only in person so they can say they don't have any animals? Strange business model

We donated blankets for the residents and visited the kitty section. Very nice.

Strongly disappointed. Went to just look the dog if we can feel any bond, one hour waited for nothing except writing survey or paperwork ( even we haven't decided to adopt the dog yet !) Waited and waited and they didn't even let us see the dog Then they said we don't Match each other .

I live an hour away and I’ve been calling this place for weeks. I’ve tried every option and it always goes straight to voicemail. This place will not answer your calls and they will not call you back. McDonald’s broken ice cream machines provides better service…
