After watching my pet carefully through the morning hours I called right at 7 a.m. and was told by the staff member who answered the phone to call back on the triage line and leave a detailed message. I was informed that that person would be in at 7:30 a.m. and listen to all calls and then phone back to schedule appointment for my pet. NEVER received a call back today. A triage phone line? I don't think your clinic knows the meaning of the definition.

I've taken my dog here twice, both times for urgent surgery (my dog thinks she's a tank), and they've been great both times. The urgent care costs a little more than a regular appointment, but still less than pet emergency. The staff is caring and thorough, and I'm really glad I found them!

We just recently moved our cats veterinarian needs to Southcare and was very pleased with the overall care they provided to our cat. They did not try to sell us services we didn’t need which was a problem with our last veterinarian. The separate entrance for cats versus dogs is very nice and it’s a very clean, well-maintained facility. The doctor who treated our cat had a very good bedside manner, and took very good care of our fury family member. I recommend them.

This is the best animal medical center I have been a customer with. The people are the best in every way, so professional and kind with your love ones. My dog died a little ago and they sent a card signed by their staff, it was so lovely and touching.

They were so good with my cat! Love that they have a separate entrance for cats. We will definitely be back, great vet and staff!

I brought my elderly cat here because he was walking stiff. The vet was thorough but gentle in her examination and the techs were kind too - even though Halo wasn't pleased to be there. But he's doing better on the medication they suggested!

My sweet kitty of 12 years recently passed, and it has been my first time grieving the loss of a pet as an adult. Im so grateful for how the staff helped me get through the process of cremation and allowing me to cherish my kitty forever.

Everyone of the staff members are absolutely amazing. We were taking our dog there for the last 4 years, unfortunately we had to put our dog down. We had to go to another animal clinic to put her down. SOUTHCARE animal clinic went out of there way and had the members of the staff sign a card for or condolences of the loss of our dog. They don't know how much that meant to us even though we didn't take our dog to SOUTHCARE animal clinic to put her down.

Great staff, very empathetic. We've had end of life care through them, and they see our current dogs and cats. Would recommend.

This is the best vet office in the city. Reception is amazing. The doctors and other staff are amazing. They don't try to give your pet more services than they truly need. They are so kind and knowledgeable. They have a separate cat entrance that is very convenient. We have used them for emergencies and routine care and they are great every time.

Our first vet vist was awesome. Both of my dogs were able to be have an appointment together. The vet tech and and vet were amazing. It's telling when a wary GSD is comfortable with strangers in the room. I'm glad to SouthCare as my new vet

Everybody is very nice. I was 20 minutes late because their was a accident on the Maple street bridge and they still saw my dog. I really appreciate that. they have always been kind and informative.
