Overall friendly service but did not meet expectations.I started the process early November and finally ended up with signs installed late December. When the signs were finally installed they couldn't access the larger set of signs because they were in the parking lot for another business and couldn't block their driveway with the lift for installation. Their solution to this was either to charge me additional installation fees for their overtime to come back when the other business was closed or for me to install them myself (they did provide a small credit against the installation fees as compensation)The signs they did install were done so with minimal effort as they skipped securing several points to the backing (pictured). When I went to go install the big signs myself I found that the signs were too big to sit inside the metal edge of the cabinets and could not be fully secured tightly. When I informed them of this they told me that the sign is meant to be secured to the outer edge of the cabinet instead. This was not originally clear as the signs that they installed are all sized to sit inside the edges of the cabinet (pictured). In the days that it took me to confirm the correct installation of the sign the wind had destroyed the improperly installed banner to the point it wasn't worth having up.We originally only wanted signs on 3 of the 4 cabinets as we are a brand new startup and were quoted and billed for all 4 (I unknowingly approved this because I wasn't paying close enough attention to the number of signs billed)They continually blamed the lack of electrician on staff for their delays in communication and delays in completing the project. While this might have been a reason rather than an excuse it was still fairly unprofessional in my opinion. All in all this was a very poor experience and I really hope it was a one off for me and they aren't this inattentive in the other projects they take on.

These guys created a sign for me out of an old decal. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend them for any sign/decal work you need done.

I worked with Theresa Simmons on some charity golf tournament signs. She was an absolute magician with what I handed her and did it all with a smile on her face -even a couple last minute adjustments!

Signs for Success was great to work with. They were prompt on getting proofs to me and the turn around was surprisingly fast. I didn't read the proposal correctly and when I picked up the A-frame signs, they were not the color I expected. When I contacted Greg and let him know it was my mistake and asked if he could switch the signs, he didn't hesitate to fix my mistake. The new signs were ready the next day. I highly recommend Signs for Success and hopefully you get to work with Greg!

Signs For Success is amazing! They're a great business and team and we couldn't ask for a more timely, economical and service oriented team to handle our signs and banners and vehicle wraps! If you're looking for the highest quality of service and hands on attention to detail, they're the best! Give them a call for a quote and I know you'll be raving about them too!

Called about a 2002 PT cruiser to get a quote for a full wrap in matte black, just something basic. The front desk associate answered and overtalked me immediately and was rude answering my questions as well. She decided to transfer me to her tech who I proceeded to explain what I wanted and have him help me w a quote. He quoted me 5 grand....5 THOUSAND DOLLARS!??? Wow! So I asked why they were so expensive and at more than 20$ a sq foot when every other shop in Spokane and the greater cda area was half that price at 10$ a sq foot. The tech told me it was bc they use a different film than mosf.basically that their product was of much higher quality than most in the NW area.i then thanked him for his time and hung up the phone. I called another shop in spokane and got a quote of around 2 grand which was what every other shop in my area quoted me give or take 2 hundred in either direction of that 2 grand. I then informed her of my experience and the quote that Signs for Success gave me. She was appalled, she informed that that she used to work for signs for success and that they also use the same film or material that signs for success uses and that there was no reason to quote me 5 thousand dollars for something of a mere 200 sq ft which would be my pt cruiser and something that basic.i asked her again why they would quote me something that high and she said she had no idea why and that she had never heard of an estimate that high for something like I was asking in all the time she worked for signs for success and her time at her new shop.i proceeded to thank her for her time and promptly called signs for success back to politely ask why they charged more than double a foot than anyone else you'll find in our area.when I called back I asked for the same service tech that quoted me the 5 grand to ask yet again why they were so high if the other shop has the same material.after t minutes of talking to him and informing him that I spoke w a previous associate and finding out they use the exact same material at a fraction of the cost he transferred me to his boss the likes of which was very pompous and egotistical guided under a false sense of ambiguity. I let him know exactly what I told his service tech and asked him why they were about 3 thousand dollars more than any other quote if another shop right down the road has the same material.he told me that he has the best guys in the area that they outperformed everyone else which I find hard to believe considering my own biases that I've heard of them. Anyways make your own decision but as a small business owner and former grandson of a man who owned several car lots and detailing/ wrap services in Florida I find it hard to believe that they're service techs are worth 3 extra grand.i suggest u look elsewhere if you're on a budget. These ppl reek of manipulation and the old car salesman tactics that I grew up w. Hopefully this helps someone. I'm out✌

Signs for Success has been a great local find for our company to use for all of our signage needs. From temporary wayfinding, large storefront 3D illuminated signing, artwork, and much more. I would highly recommend them for their quality of work and customer service.

I am a new dental practice owner in Spokane and “Signs for Success” helped us get our business cards designed and printed. We liked their service so much we had them help us make ball-point pens and lip balm with our logo, phone number, and website. And then we had a window decal made for our glass office door, which they installed for us (and it looks great). We have been completely satisfied with every step of the process. They are great at communicating via email and phone; it was easy to get ahold of them when we had any questions. They are friendly and professional. We are looking forward to working with Signs for Success in the future.

I had a great experience with Signs for Success. Lindsay came out to our location on a weekend, the day we moved in, in order to check out our place and evaluate what indoor signage would work best for us. They sent rendered photos of what our sign would look like in our space and this prevented us from buying too small of a sign. They delivered a great product but some of the letters were scratched in shipping from the manufacturer. Nikki and Vanessa did the warranty work and quickly fixed the problem. Everytime I went to their location I was quickly and kindly helped. Their pricing was also very reasonable I thought. I'm definitely going to use them again!
