“I will admit that I am a frequent flyer to this location, surprisingly they have some amazing ford/chevy/corvette/ bronco and other variations of amazing car t shirts, and I get to see the amazing Rep Shelby, she is such a hoot and a holler to talk to, and she likes to inform me about her boyfriends Mustang and how they go to car meets as a family. It makes my heart happy to see that the automobile world and appreciation is still within the youngerblood.
Please go and see Shelby down at Tj Maxx, she is a wonderful soul and makes going to Tj Maxx worth it.
And if possible please clone her and only have your front staff filled with Shelby’s, the world would be a better and happier place”

“I came to the Free People store today in downtown Spokane and a wonderful employee named Amandaree was so very helpful when they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for she showed me other items that would work for my daughter for Christmas even going into the back to find different colors and styles When I was done making my purchase. She asked me if she could wrap my gifts for me she took them in the back, wrap them beautifully and brought them out in a in a Free People bag. I felt like she was extremely helpful and I really appreciated it. I will definitely go back there and shop again.”

“The staff here is excellent!My family and I came in yesterday to get a pair of basketball shoes for my daughter. She has a wider foot and is very particular about how her shoes feel and had just tried on a couple pairs at another store and it's safe to say she was over it.Upon entry, we were IMMEDIATELY greated by staff and asked if we needed help with anything. I told them we were looking for basketball shoes for our daughter and were shown a couple options for size 3 and tried a pair on. Then decided to move to a size 4. Two staff members went and looked at the size 4 options and discussed amongst themselves what they felt would be the best option for my daughter before recommending the MB1 Jr's. Her mood immediately changed when she tried them on, so we bought them. She ran during her ENTIRE game yesterday and didn't complain ONCE! Thank you so much to this amazing staff for being patient, nonjudgemental, knowledgeable, helpful, and making my daughter comfortable on the court. Y'all are rockstars!”

The sales staff are always wonderful and listen to what you need and give good recommendations based on this. The selection is smaller, but it is what you would typically expect from a smaller specialty shoe store. They also carry wallets and a few leather goods and necklaces.”
