The agents name was Jay. He did not help me at all. I called to get insurance cards and was treated poorly. He was to call me back and only sent an email without even addressing the original issue. The company is getting harder and harder to get in touch with. Long hold times or call back with hours of waiting.

Paul was very unprofessional I don’t recommend using him, he very nice at first, but he tried to blame a random charge on the state of Washington, which I know he was lying about.

Absolutely a God send, I had called probably 10 different providers prior to last resort calling this random number I found on Google, Kim answered and saved my entire day. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever gotten, the nicest & kindest, most patient service as well. Cheapest by an entire world of difference, probably 100+ $$$ in terms of comparison to other in state providers. I cannot, and I stress this, EVER suggest anyone get help from any other than this company, I greatly appreciate everything done.

The best customer service I have ever had! After several days of issues from previous providers, I was somehow transferred to this lovely lady!! I was cranky, crying , interrupting, my phone kept disconnecting us,ect. She kept calling me back assuring me she wasn't a quitter and was going to help me till everything g was resolved. I never write reviews~ so that's already a start there! Paul with Serenity has been a pleasure to work with. Each staff member has the knowledge and drive to assist~ and is especially fantastic in knowing how to handle tricky SR-22 situations. I had to file an out-of-state / non-owners policy that many insurance companies turned me down for and it had been a discouraging process to figure out~ Serenity has been so straightforward and supportive ~ very grateful to have found them!
