Terrible customer service skills from all the employees I encountered. Threw my bag at me basically at checkout and didn’t say a word to me besides “put your phone number in”.

Denise is really unpleasant to interact with. Snatches things out of my hands when i check out and is always annoyed when I use cash. Everyone else is so sweet though.

I adore Sephora. The beauty consultants are lovely. I however am disappointed by many testers being unavailable and also please be mindful and wipe testers down regularly. I’ve noticed this store has gotten considerably better about keeping the store stocked (I know that’s not something you can always control) and products are faced and straight. This is a huge factor for me when I go into the store. It shows pride and hustle when the store is extremely tidy. This store is regularly busy and I’m always offered assistance with a smile.

I went to Sephora wanting to upgrade by drug store makeup on a budget. Emma was fabulous, I love all three of my purchases. Emma, was knowledgeable and her customer service is amazing

Went to Sephora, was having trouble finding the right shade of concealer. Ari was able to help me find the right color and color matched me perfectly. Also helped me out with other products. Thank you for the great customer service Ari, appreciate you!

Kierstin needs a raise!! She has helped me multiple times and she really know her stuff! She has solved multiple makeup problems for me by recommending the perfect products. She quickly glances at my skin and knows exactly what shade to pull or what the actual issue is. I came in looking for a different foundation because I've been so oily. She was the one who recommended the current foundation and instead of giving me a different foundation, she listened to my complaints and recommended a different primer... and it solved my issue right away. I will definitely come back just to see her. She's definitely an asset in this field of work.

I received the worst service in many years at this location. They had a ton of staff working, but no one greeted us or helped us and when I tried to pay I couldn’t. They were trying to have a cash only lane, but there was no one at the credit card only kiosk and when I returned to the register she just kept saying but this is cash only. Yeah, I’m pretty sure your register can take a card, but too lazy to actually help a customer? I left my stuff on the counter and went to Nordstroms where someone was very helpful. I’m no longer shopping at any Sephora, much better options available.

The cashier was extremely pushy and rude, I bought a small product that was still remarkably expensive for its size, and she acted annoyed and kept trying to push me to buy more after I said no three different times. It was my birthday month and I told her and she said they were all out birthday gifts and said I should order online instead. I saw her roll her eyes after I declined buying more products numerous times. I was given 250 points instead of the gift which I was fine with, but her attitude and pushiness was extremely frustrating. She didn’t address me or my friend at the register, just asked if that was “really all that I was buying?”

I walked into Sephora to find a new foundation. Found myself in the perfume section; but, was instantly greeted by Danielle. She asked me what I was looking for; and, I went over my skin concerns with her. She then passed the torch to Bri who then, expertly, matched my skin tone. I further discussed with Bri what I was looking for in a foundation; and, what I didn’t like about my other foundation. She had the perfect suggestion for my skin type, personal concerns, & skin tone. Also… Talk about teamwork & excellent customer service. Bri & Danielle worked hand in hand to give me exactly what I wanted. Bri then suggested other new products for me to check out & hooked it up on the samples. It was nice to have a consultation; and, super cool to see all the technological advances Sephora has these days. Thank you ladies! Also… I highly recommend going to Bri for any skincare needs. She was amazing : )

Just walked out of the store extremely disappointed and annoyed. Went in there very hopeful to find someone to help me find a foundation color match because I have a difficult time doing it myself. No one helped me initially, there were staff at the counter who were just talking amongst themselves and the one lady I approached straight up told me she wo the be able to help me cause all the counters were full. I had to stop her and tell her that it’s okay and I would be happy if she would help me just ballparksome options, she just said I have a different skin color to match and I won’t find my color if im not willing to spend money on a luxury brand. She looked like she wanted to walk away every second. I felt very hurtful and walked straight out of the store. Won’t ever come here again.
