“About Space was an excellent storage solution while I was between three cities. I had a unit here for a few months while my mom had plumbing work done at her home. Once the work was complete, I removed items from storage to transfer back into the house, two days before month end on the lease, with a month paid ahead. I understood their 10 day vacation policy, so I was only expecting a partial refund; both the area manager & regional manager assured me I would receive a full refund on the month paid ahead, upon move-out. Accessible facility, nice staff, consider them for your future storage needs.”

Extra Space Storage on Lyons, Spokane, was helpful to transfer my information, with no stress( as they had the smaller unit I needed) as well taking time to confirm what would work best for me storage needs. Extra Space Storage on Sprague, Spokane Valley has been amazing to work with over the last few years. As I have needed different people to access my unit for different reasons. By the time I called the Storage Solutions located on Cheney-Spokane Rd, I was beyond frustrated. After dealing with limited availability and a string of disappointing experiences with other storage companies and their lackluster customer service, I was not my best self.
But then I spoke with Audra, and everything changed.
From the moment we connected on the phone, she offered me much-needed grace and patience. She truly listened—not just to my storage needs, but to my frustrations—and reassured me that she could help. And she did.
That same day, I met up with Audra in person. Even though she was headed out for lunch, she put her plans on hold without hesitation to show me several unit options and walk me through everything I needed to know. I never felt rushed. She was present, kind, and fully committed to helping me.
Audra is the epitome of excellent customer service. She made the process not only easy but actually enjoyable. By the time I was signing on the dotted line, I found myself laughing and smiling—a far cry from how I felt earlier that day.

“Signing up for a unit was easy. Friendly service. Facility could use some improvements (was told elevator didn’t work at time of renting unit in March, lights need replaced, exit sign works but hangs down, ceiling tiles have water stains). Overall, a good enough place to get what you need done.”

“Tammy assisted me today with a truck and car trailer rental. She took the time to walk me through the lot to see all the truck sizes and the pods. Tammy never rushed me and answered questions promptly and efficiently. She wanted to be sure I reserved the correct equipment for my move. “Secured. Monitored by cameras, extremely good cameras. Friendly service. They just got new doors which is awesome. Many options in sizes. Great prices. Only tiny thing that is a teensy but inconvenient is the hours you can get in, or can't. It necessary though to ensure the place is more secured. So I appreciate their commitment to the entire thing and i just make sure to plan around.”
“Robert went above and beyond, helping me find a secure place for my business trailer, especially waiting for me to get off work so that I could bring it from their sister location at Barker Storage.
I have never had any issues with anyone at StoragePro and I love their Genie app, I hope it or something like is eventually implemented at this location, but, I love the 24 hour access the most and that makes up for it in my eyes.

“I found the perfect size unit (10’x15’) for my needs. Emma was helpful to answer my questions and to show me different size units. The next day Sara did the necessary paperwork/registration. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. The 1/2 price discount for a year was great! When I got to my unit it was clean with just a quick sweep out. I like that they require locks that a bolt cutter can’t cut.”
“After trying weeks to contact some one. I found an empty unit. Put my own lock on it with my phone number. Took them 4 months to call me. But i got the locker. Winning.... think out side the box.

“I have had a unit since like 2016 and I have never had any problem on there side the one time I had a problem paying Sophie alwaysing being her amazing self did what she could tol help once I told her what happen now that I need a bigger unit she is making it easy as can be when I movied in I was homeless and really going through it my truck broke down had no were to park it they helped with that to gotta say I lucked out these years it's nice to be able to call and Sophie just be like hey lea because she remembers you dont think I will ever be leaving unwell I buy a house thanks guys”

“The owners at Guardian have been nothing but fair with us over the ten plus years my husband and I have been customers with them. They are firm, which some might take as mean, rude or unprofessional, but it’s most definitely not that. They ultimately have a business to run so you do your part to be a responsible customer and they will be good to you, you don’t and well…business comes first.Believe this true when I tell you in our darkest hour we nearly lost everything in our unit and because we had a decent payment track record with them and were open, honest and clear in communication with them they worked with us. I have learned to not beat around the bush with this kind of stuff from them, mainly Lynne. They aren’t there to be our friend, but they have a heart and have been around for awhile because they are doing it right overall.”
