If I could give zero stars I would. I called no one came out and claimed they did, called back to see what was going on still nothing, picks up and hangs up immediately then acts like that cannot hear you. Do not have a contract with them or even deal with them. Unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would like to chat with the manager or who ever is actually in charge.

I was parked in a shady spot at the dollar store around 12 on a Sunday and was harassed by a 90 pound "officer" and she gave me less than a minute to leave I wasn't even able to go inside and get my girlfriend to leave, so I called the company and was laughed at by the "owner"so the person said they were and wasn't able to make a complaint to them so I will be calling the BBB tomorrow morning THEY ARE NOT THE POLICE SO DONT WORRY ABOUT THEIR YHREATS TO CALL COPS IF YOU ARE BEING A LAW OBIDING CITIZEN YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT IF YOUR JUST SHOPPING.

Rude. Hangs up on people. Doesn’t always show up when called. Have personally been yelled at when I’ve called to report something and was asked if I was even a tenant there. Just half-a$$ed employers there working for a paycheck.

Worthless company. There company “protects” a private school near me. The last guy would park blocks away from the school and play on his phone. The new guy parks in the farthest parking spot not in view of the only entrance and faces a field and a empty building while he plays on his phone. Can’t see anything going on at the school. About to start posting videos of there laziness.

My husband worked for metro rather recently, I’m telling you, do not work there. The chief of the company moves your hours Willy nilly without asking, he just assumes you can work around his schedule. He also payed late every payday. The employees are supposed to be payed the 15th and the 30th, but my husbands checks would always be around the 22nd and the 6th. It was ridiculous!! He has been sued over this before! I wouldn’t waste your time.

When I called I could not get a hold of a person. It wanted me to enter a code to go into a conference call. Other than that they do Patrol our apartment complex twice a night so that gives me peace of mind.

I have personally seen their "patrol" service at our apartments. Just a fast drive thru and it shows. Myself and my neighbors have had multiple car break ins. When people park in our assigned parking spots we have to deal with security. 8 months ago they were great even gave the guard thanksgiving dinner. guards they've hired are awful. Was literally told they're not going to tow the car in my spot. No helpful suggestions nothing just deal with it. They let non electric cars stat parked in the assigned electric spots too for days. If you value your residents i wouldn't hire these guys at all

I was told by the office at my apartments to call metro if my neighbors are loud after 10pm. My neighbors blare their music all the time after 10 so I call and no one shows up or it takes the 1 hr and 45 minutes to get here. They’ve been called on so many times and nothing is being done. I have a 7 yr old that’s in school and sometimes it keeps him up and that’s not ok, this is getting ridiculous

On Weds. April 13th, I contracted with Target Services to serve papers for a small claims action. On Monday afternoon April 18th, I asked for an update. They say they complete their first attempt in 3 days. Their email response was that they were "going back" in the evening. My instructions to them were to only go in the evenings or on Saturday since the couple both worked during the day and they were living at grandpa's house. The server went at 8:30am on Friday, April 22nd. That's over a week after being given the papers, not within 3 days. Plus it was in the morning, not the evening like we had agreed. Even in Les's email on the 18th he repeated that he would go in the evening, not in the morning. On that morning, Grandpa told them they didn't live there. But I had followed them there 3 times and their stuff was in the yard, I told Les that. But they believed Grandpa, not me. Why? Because they had tried to serve papers at grandpa's house in the past... yes, it runs in the family. Grandpa is always home, so sure, go there during working hours (8-5) cause its convenient. But if they wanted to get the job done, they should have gone when the people being served would be there (not at work!). This company is not trustworthy, I wasted my money.
