Was told that I could use a 20% coupon that was only available online. When I went to pick up item I showed the attendant my phone but she told me that she could only honor a paper coupon. When I told the worker that I was not told this at drop off she shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know what to tell you, the owners think we are stealing from them if they don’t have apiece of paper stapled to the receipt. ?First-last time customerService: Leather & suede cleaning

I needed to get 3 suits, 2 blazers, and 2 pants dry cleaned for a trip, and they took great care of my clothes. I'm very impressed with the service, and with the staff. I'll definitely be using them again, and referring them to my friends.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with dry cleaning. Brought in a $250 dress that I only wore once to get some stains removed. Dropped it off on July 6, never heard from them. When I went to pick up some other items today, I discovered they still had my dress. Not only did they not remove the stains, but they destroyed the color/fabric to the point the dress is unwearable now. There was a note on the dress stating that any attempt to remove the stains might result in damage, therefore, they were supposed to call me to seek prior approval before attempting to clean it. Instead, they made no attempt to contact me, cleaned the spots, and destroyed the dress. They also tried to charge me $20 after destroying my beautiful dress. They had it for two months and didn’t say a word to me. Totally unprofessional and I’m furious.

I will start this review by saying the front of the operation (forgot the lady's name) is a saint and did everything in her power to prevent this situation from happening. That is why I am giving this a 2 star instead of a 1. On Thursday I brought in my designer shirt with specific instructions that if the verification tags had to be removed to notify me and I would not like my shirt dry cleaned. She wrote a note on the order receipt to do so as requested. The next day Friday, I come in to double verify and she writes another note to do so. Monday comes and it's time to pick it up, as I arrive I see the tags are off and only 4 of the 5 are returned. I ask how could this happen? And I would like restitutions for this mistake. She replied they had to take the tags off because the tags which are plastic would have melted and ruined the shirt. I asked her to get more information and to call me the next day about what happened. I get the call next day and she told me what the cleaners told her that made me very suspicious and for me to believe the cleaners had been lying the whole time. They told me the tags feel off in the washer machine which the tags have cut that looks like only scissors could make the cut and the day before they told me the tags had been removed to prevent staining. I gave them instructions and she gave them instructions to follow as well but they disregarded the instructions. I will not be returning as a I hope to find in a dry cleaner somebody who will follow instructions.

one star is too much! they (rachel) promised me last week, they'd have my jacket ready for me at 9am this morning, to get my business. went in at 9am this morning and no jacket. "it was delivered to the wrong store 30 minutes away. will be redelivered at 11am." i call rachel at 11:10am, "it's not here yet and i don't know when it will be here." i had to call the other store to see if someone could deliver it before my event, in 45 mins. will never use scollards again!! rachel's 'i could care less' attitude sucks!

How does this business get by, by saying "it only needs brushing" when an unclearned coat was brought back. They had obviously placed the item in the wrong pile before it was cleaned, then put a plastic bag over it..

Very disappointing. I got my shirts and pants back just covered in lint and threads! Not to mention their ironing left my clothes with accidental creasing and wrinkles. I take my business clothes to a dry cleaner because I expect attention to detail, so I look professional. I mine as well have not even brought in my clothes in with how they looked when I got them back.
