The effort of giving me a price to replace a zipper on a jacket seemed to be too much trouble for the clerk. A shrug and a dumb look was all I got.

This location has changed their hours (supposedly "temporarily"). They're open from 10AM-3PM. The majority of their customers are business people/people that have jobs, I would assume.. so I would like to know what business person has those hours?? "We're open on Saturday's too" is their response. So, if you have time to drop off on a Saturday, you still wouldn't be able to pick-up your items until the following weekend. The gal that works the front counter always seems bothered to be helping you too. Will find a new cleaners.

Horrible experience, before I came in I asked do you guys clean natural sheep rugs. They said all the time. When I was called in because it was done I asked if I could see it before I paid they absolutely ruined it. It was soft when I sent it in and now it was just with rough spots all over it smelled horrible too. They said they will send it back. I asked how can you send something that’s already broken. She responded I don’t know, I’ll send it back. I asked to speak to the manger it took awhile for her to get back(a couple days) When she did she had no manners what’s so ever very rude even yelled that she cleaned it herself and that’s how your supposed to be cleaned. Do not recommend this place at all.

I used the location in Wandermere Mall for my work clothes (dress shirts, slacks, and ties). They completely ruined two pair of dress slacks ... it looked like bleach marks on the creases. I'm 6'6" tall, so all my clothes have to be special ordered. I brought this to the clerk's attention and she said I had to have brought them in that way. When I pay $60-75 a pair for slacks, I take good care of my clothes, and expect a dry cleaning service to do the same. They refused to replace or compensate me for the damage. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

Took my work vest in to be washed and they quoted me 4.25. when I went to pick it up she said they had dry cleaned it and it would be 9.00. WHAT! a new vest is only about 15.00. Plus, you can't dry clean reflective vests it says so right on the label. Sheesh. I will not be going there again. I'd rather drive the 20 min to Clark's. They really do only charge 4.00 to launder. How unprofessional.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I brought a carpet in to be cleaned, they charged me over $200, and this is what I got the carpet wasnt even cleaned. There were still toys and bits of dirt from my kids stuck in it.

Please go anywhere else except Scollards for your dry cleaning. My experience has been beyond a nightmare! I brought a few more than 20 shirts in for laundry and heavy starch. I went to pick them up on the day they were to be ready and was told that not only were they not ready but they had not been starched at all. They sent them back for starch. A week later I received a phone call telling me that they're heavy starch process had changed and that I really wouldn't like it because it made things stand straight out and would not be comfortable to wear. As I've had clothes dry-cleaned for more than two decades this surprised me but I chose a lighter starch. A week later I went to pick up the shirts and was told that one of my shirts had been totally ripped and made unwearable by the dry cleaners and another one was damaged. While they gave me a form to fill out to claim damages on the one shirt I still had to pay full price for the shirt that was unwearable. They did not offer an apology nor did they offer any kind of a discount for all of the hassles I've gone through. Other dry cleaners have told me that their heavy starch process is not like this at all and now I realize it was a mistake to take my shirts to Scollards in the first place. Their customer service and the heart of ownership in not wanting to please a customer makes me plead with anyone reading this review to go anywhere else but Scollards.

We have given these guys a lot of business and we have been mostly happy although they seem kind of expensive. However, today when I went in to pick up clothes and some leather boots, the cashier refused to honor a coupon we had for 25% of leather/suede cleaning. The coupon did not state that there were any restrictions, the boots were leather, yet the answer was just a flat "no, we don't take coupons for those boots." I was disappointed because a quality business will always honor their advertising and then make changes to their coupons if they no longer want to offer their customer savings on specific items. I felt that it was false advertising. We will probably continue to use them, but if a new place opened up that was fairly convenient, I'd be quick to shop around. My customer loyalty dropped significantly today..
