We shop at the Safeway on Wellesley
The last time. We shopped there the check out person. Was rude she had to cancel a transaction twice. Due to card mixup then we were humiliated. The same day again she was very argumentative. I tried to purchase alcohol for the weekend. I am over the legal age. And my birthday is in the system. She refused to sell it to us. And kept grousing about it. I have bought it before and was never an issue. After she rang us up she rushed us out of the store.
Very abruptly. And would not let us sit and wait for a ride. Which was unprofessional
Considering my mom is disabled, with a support pet. And I was barely recovering from a broken foot. It was a very unpleasant experience. Also we placed an order for groceries. At 10:30 am they are still shopping. Our delivery time is between 3pm to 7pm. We had to wait 24 hours to place it. Because they were working out
The issues. I had to ask for a refund for
A delivery we weren't able to place until today. And they have not notified us as to whether
Order had to be modified.

Whomever the brilliant soul who decided to lock up the restroom. Understand this I will never spend a single penny in Safeway or SuperValu ever again and if I have to use the restroom, it will be in a paper bag and tossed at your shiny glass door. Promise :) you have yourselves to blame

I have made online grocery orders for pick up every week at the Northwest Boulevard Safeway in Spokane, Washington for the last year. I often make large orders and enter substitutions and add notes on items to specify what I am looking for. The crew that fills my orders is excellent! They do a great job getting me the appropriate items and also notifying me if a product is not available and offering possible solutions. They are fast, efficient, helpful, and overall have great attitudes and positive outlook. They are helpful and responsive on the phone if something comes up you need to clarify. At one point in past years I had almost stopped shopping at Safeways in frustration over incorrect pricing on my receipt but since I have shopped at Safeways again using online pick up, this crew has been accurate on my charges every time. They pay attention to my notes and comments. Because I am in a wheelchair and homebound they make it possible for me to shop for myself with their help. Because Safeways offers this service and this crew at Northwest Boulevard Safeway online order does such a great job I am now a dedicated customer of this store! Thank you!

I was very disappointed to see frozen dog treats in with the novelty ice cream. I do not believe that is appropriate. I have been going to this location frequently, as I live around the block. However, after seeing that, I don't believe that I'll return.

The customer service from the employees here is bottom of the barrel as far as the Safeway brand goes. Luckily the heavily crackhead customer base stealing from the store allows for them the find new employees to hire.

The place does not have great costumer service the store is not organized, the produce not at the spot they tell they are. You can't use restroom due to drug problems. For some of few most have to suffer.
