Giving two stars because they showed up on time and put plastic on our window when they decided they couldn't replace our glass. It's a door/side window and tech said he was afraid he'd strip out a torx head bolt that was part of the install. Took it to another local company that fixed it no problem. Problem is it's winter and this cost us another week and a half and the one thing they are supposed to do they couldn't/wouldn't. Company we got to fix it in Coeur D'Alene didn't think it was anything particularly challenging.

Aden came to our garage and fixed a rock chip. Very professional. I’ll use them again.

my car got broken into the other night so i knew i had to schedule with safelite, they fixed my moms window when the same thing happened to her and i trust them! was so relieved when they had open availability and easy scheduling! Tyler was the technician who worked on my car and not only was he incredibly helpful but also got it efficiently done in 27 minutes!! 10/10 for safelite in my book, couldn’t imagine going to anyone else for my widows

Don't even bother calling the number, arguably the worst automated service that is designed to not connect you with a human being. Also, don't use Safelite if you think a couple months after getting a cheaply built $1000 windshield chipped by a random rock on the freeway will be covered by any warranty. They told me the cash "deal" is ONLY $199 to get a dime sized chip filled. What business to be in, take all the money and honor nothing ethical after you pay. Not standing by your work over something that small is a huge red flag to me.

Every time I drive I have a nauseating reminder of Safelite’s workmanship. This is hands down the worst crack repair I’ve ever seen. The crack grew when they “fixed” it. We went from a rock chip the size of a quarter to one larger than a 50 cent piece that still radiates outwards with large tendrils that can just keep growing. The tech said that cracks spreading when repaired was normal! I’ve never heard of a successful repair allowing expansion of the crack. The quality of the work makes me sick.

Not happy. I took my car there because Safelite has a decent reputation. After having my windshield replaced I started getting condensation on the inside of the windshield. I took it back in under warranty and the shop ran a hose over my windshield looking for leaks. Now I'm not an expert, but I know water vapor can enter through the smallest of leaks, small enough that liquid may not enter through. The responsible thing would have been to remove the windshield and redo the seal. Maybe a little debris got on there before the windshield was set in place, no just water run over the windshield and saying that it must be the weather. I've owned my car for 5 years and NEVER had condensation on the inside. Very disappointing Safelite.

We’re very impressed with the speed at which we were able to get an appointment and also how quickly the replacement went. As hosts for car rentals it’s imperative that we use the small windows ( no pun intended) between bookings to conduct maintenance and not have to cancel or lose bookings. It was really nice to get it back in time for the next booking and we’re not so concerned with OEM glass, but desire a suitable replacement that has similar quality and that functions as before. The speed at which the team here replaced the broken window is quite remarkable and we sincerely appreciate their work and craft. Thank you guys! They we’re also very kind, professional, and reliable.

I had a great experience with this location! My insurance accidentally told the shop I had two broken windows but I actually had THREE broken windows (my car got vandalized). At the time of my appointment they only had the parts for 2 but quickly they were on the phone finding the part nearby and scheduling me for another appointment. Before I left they made sure to put crash wrap on the one remaining unfixed window. Much more effective than my rain poncho and tape combo!Shout out to Jeff Jansen, he worked on my car both times and was so great. He was honest and professional.

There is no way to get a live person to answer the phone at this shop. All appointments go through call center-type personnel. We were traveling and needed an appointment quickly. They booked us for a home appointment, but it rained that morning, so I tried to get it rescheduled because they couldn't install it in the rain. The call center could not reschedule until next week. It is very tough to deal with these people when the shop is not available to talk to.

The Safelite was awesome in helping to get our back window covered. They didn't have the window to install but they were able to get us on the road by crash wrapping it so the car was protected if it started to rain. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

If they had a minus, Scott Patchett and Safelite Auto glass on Post street in Spokane WA. would be getting a negative score. We have a 2020 Honda CRV EXL. These models come with tinted glass. On our way home from the glass replacement I noticed a couple of circles in the windshield. These should have came off with a simple cleaning. I told my wife no big deal I will take care of it when we get home. If I knew then what I know now, I would have turned around and had them finish the job.Fast forward a couple of weeks my wife stated that her car seems hotter than before the windshield was replaced. I checked and found the windshield was not tinted at all. I contacted Scott he stated they had put in a non factory replacement. This was the first we had heard of this. Nobody made mention of this non OEM windshield. I contacted Honda and was told these windshields are thinner and they have had issues with other customers and none OEM parts. Scott was rude and condescending to my wife and was talking over her. Scott also told her that our insurance company told them to use this non-factory replacement. So I contacted State Farm. I was told by my Agent of over 30 years they are required to disclose this information. Scott refused to give my wife his supervisors name and number. I was a Honda and Acura master tech for many years . The windshield in automobiles are part of the crash protection in a roll over situations. So for future customer if you choose to make the mistake we did ask these questions.1. Is the glass going to be Original Equipment. If not then why.2. Before you leave you should inspect the job down to the smallest details. Is the glass clean is the tint the same.3. Print this complaint and ask Scott Patchett if it is the way he plans on handling you as a customer.

They got me in and out earlier than expected, the windshield was the exact glass I ordered/expected, and they were total pros. Highly recommended.
