This shop came very highly recommended to me, but unfortunately my experience with them was largely negative. Don't bother calling because nobody answers the phones and they never call you back. The best communication I had was with Nicole, who responded via email in a more timely manner. Not a surprise that the only woman working there was also the only one to be somewhat professional with customers. I truly felt like my time and kindness towards them were being taken advantage of. I never received updates on my car unless I hounded them for answers, and again, Nicole was the only person who helped me. After all was said and done, they did a good job repairing my bumper. However they severely lacked in professionalism, communication, and timeliness to complete the work.Service: Body & Trim

we needed a shop to replace a door pin and install a latch on our S-10, on a friday..... we experienced a awesome business that went above and beyond! my wife called them and the did not BS or treat her like she was a "girl". they were upfront about what was needed. i strongly recommend these gentlemen and we support local!

Louie Stromberg hustled me out of $800 said he rebuilt the motor in my Tahoe...broke down 3 days after I picked it up. Won't own up to it and ever threatened to kick my a** if I come back again. Thrashed the inside of my truck also left a mess everywhere.
