The service at Rosauers is second to none. My favorite departments include the bakery, deli, meat dept, and the produce Dept.

The people who work at Rosauers are so professional and polite. They are just cut from a different cloth. I will no longer put up with the shenanigans at Yoke's now that I've experienced truly great service at Rosauers.

Asked for a couple of the Danish pastries and the woman behind the glass gave us a dirty look like we didn't know what we were talking about and then said, oh yeah those ones.Then, when we went to pay, we finished scanning the items, and I paid. While I was waiting for my receipt, my girlfriend picked up her items and started walking towards the door. The lady at the self checkout didn't have any problems with that, but someone in customer service yells across about 20 people "did she pay for that" pointing at my now very embarrassed girlfriend that was almost in tears when we got back to our vehicle.To say the least, their customer service, was NOT very customer friendly.Also, we will NOT be returning to Rosauers again.

All the people here working are absolutely always in a great mood. Caring. And the produce is always in great shape. Nothing rotting or leaking lol we shop here all the time. My husband & I.

I like their bottled water station has electrolytes with it, plus the Huckleberry section! I can't forget about the employees. They're wonderful people!

Nice clean store to grocery shop at and grab a few snacks at the deli, the deli just needs to stay up on there selections of food. We got there to the deli, looked at what is to offer and only 2 option was available, usually other days when we visit its full.

Rosauers is notoriously expensive and this location is nothing different, but sometimes it's worth every penny. It's almost never crowded and there's such a pleasant atmosphere. The bakery is amazing, unbeatable as far as grocery stores go! Staff is friendly and helpful, probably because they're not as stressed out as at other stores, since it doesn't get obscenely busy all the time lol. Sometimes when places like Walmart run out of things like eggs, Rosauers will still have them because they stock local! I come here a couple times a month and it's always a nice experience.

One of my favorite grocery stores in Spokane. Clean and friendly. The produce is always good. Prices are higher than Safeway or Fred Meyer on many things but the experience is worth it. I compare it to Publix. This is the closest store experience to Publix stores in the NW.

Great store if you have less than 12 items. They seem to always have a checker in the express lane but rarely anyone working the regular checkout lines. I used to go there for my weekly grocery run, but it's quite annoying and time-consuming having to key in dozens of items - it's just easier to go down the street to Yokes where they don't have self check-out lines. I'm always confused because they seem to have plenty of employees stocking shelves.

It had been awhile since i was there, not since my grandma's passing. She would take me there almost everyday. But I'd gone back after so long, and it felt the exact same, not in a bad way, but a nostalgic way, it still looked clean and convenient. Prices are reasonable and now they have a sushi at the deli, which is super cool! I rate the sushi there alone with a 5 star! When checking out, i was met with a friendly face, they were nice and fast. Not to to fast to make you feel rushed but just enough to let you know you're ready to go whenever. So again, miss and forever will love this place, this specific store has a soft spot forever.

Our church has used the bakery over the years for our event needs, holidays, and special occasions, and they have every single time provided delicious baked goods. The employees are highly accommodating, extremely kind, and skilled at what they do. We appreciate Rosauers very much, and we will always use them for their quality goods and service. Thank you!

I stop here from time to time on way home store is always clean produce always organized pharmacy is convenient and spot on with my order. Cashier's always friendly helpful. Keep up good job Natalie my niece.
