I moved to Spokane a few years ago and had tried 4 salons before my appointment with Lucia at Rooted and Rogue. Lucia was the first to understand what I wanted and I love my hair again for the first time in years! (I think I might even like it more than my previous favorite cuts.) Amazing! So glad I found her.

Had a great experience with Mateo! I reached out because I couldn’t get in for over a month at another local salon. I was able to get in within a few weeks. My hair looks and feels great and I will be back in the future.

I reached out to book with Kara, I was informed that she was on vacation. Kara said she would get back to me on the following Monday. I messaged her on Monday and she asked \\\"what do you want to do with your hair?!?\\\" I explained and she texted back saying that she couldn't get me in her schedule... I wish I had been told this when I had originally contacted her that she isn't taking clients. She also didn't bother to recommend anyone else at the salon who I could see. I'm in a business that if a client comes to me and I cannot see them, I send them to another local who I trust. I do not want to go to a salon that cannot inform inquiring customers about availability, and whom do not work to support other stylists in the salon, by referring that person to a stylist who is a good fit for that customer. I hope that other customers have a better experience working with the other stylists.

Bailey did wonderful. I love my new color and she's quick too. Parking is terrible so plan accordingly. Great salon though.

Honestly the staff is awesome just really sad with how much I spent my hair fell out within less then and hour and I had to pay someone else to redo my hair before my wedding ....kinda just a huge loss in my book that I couldn't get thru to anyone to try and get back and get help to fix it and ended up paying way more then I should have that day.

When I moved back to the Spokane area I was most nervous about finding a hair salon! Rooted & Rogue is a beautiful facility, everyone is kind, and Brook is AWESOME with hair! She’s the first hairdresser I’ve had that’s taught me how to manage my cowlick. I feel confident referring anyone to her - but especially my blonde friends!

It feels like I've been to every salon in Spokane searching for a stylist and I recently tried Rooted & Rogue. Julia cut my hair and I absolutely loved her and the salon. Julia was super personable, asked me a lot of great questions about what I liked and gave me a great cut. The salon is really adorable and I like that there is ample parking around the location - no battling with downtown meters. Also, I felt like everyone else at the salon was super friendly too - I was greeted right when I walked in and didn't get that sort of stuffy vibe that I've sometimes received at other places. Would definitely recommend!
