What an amazing bank! We do all of our commercial banking through them. Ty is the best! Everything he said he was going to get done for us, was not only accomplished, but was done in a quick professional way. The girls in the main office/branch are great! They are always smiling, quick with the transactions and are super friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of working with River Bank and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and customer service. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. The staff was knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure that all of my needs were met.In particular, I have to give a shoutout to Ty Browning. He was absolutely amazing to work with and made the entire process seamless. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made sure that I had a clear understanding of all of my options. I cannot recommend Riverbank enough. We spent countless hours dealing with frustrations with our past bank before we met Ty. Ty made it clear that riverbank is 100% about relationships before banking. Amazing customer service. I cannot say enough good about them.
