Great quilt shop. Everyone is very helpful, and the selection is great. They also have embroidery that can be incorporated into your quilts.

This shop carries a wonderful assortment of fabrics, kits, sewing-related materials, and offers classes as well as beautiful quilting services. What makes a real difference, though, is the outstanding staff. They helped me solve a problem with Steam-a-Seam in seconds! Thank you so much!

No masks on anyone in the store including the workers. Spokane is suffering under the strain of the high COVID numbers. Apparently they have no regard for their customers or the health care workers who have been on the front lines for the past 2 years. Sadly I won't be crossing their threshold ever again and I will spread the word that they aren't following the state mandate.

Really awesome fabric that makes me wish I could sew! I went in for buttons and they had a small selection but exactly what I was looking for.

It is distressing to find that the store advertised as a resource for making masks and protective gear during this time of pandemic would post a sign "masks required" but that both employees were unmasked, and a man coming unmasked into the shop was not reminded of the requirement. I was in the shop, apparently unnoticed, for perhaps 10-15 minutes while persons who work there chatted animatedly without masks. After selecting a fabric & coming out from behind the high displays, a woman noticed me and came to help me, pulling a mask on, well under her nose. I mentioned the man who had come in unmasked and asked why the shop is not more observant of covid precautions. The result was a rather snooty denial---by a woman with her mask hanging down to reveal both nose and mouth! I was then told the man who came in "that's the owner's husband" as if that assures customers that he is not spreading virus through the store. The fabrics are nice, not as nice as in past years, but it will be a long time before I would feel as if my patronage was met with consideration for my safety by this retailer.

I was disappointed in the quality of service I received here. The staff was friendly with *other* customers but kept it very short when it came to helping me. I asked one question and the employee answered rudely, like as if she was inconvenienced by me. Since this place seems to be locally owned, I had hoped to feel welcomed. I felt uncomfortable during my entire experience here and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. If I wanted to be treated like just another body I would have gone to a chain fabric store like JoAnns. The only reason why I’m leaving two stars instead of one star is because I was able to find some fabric I liked.

I went into this shop the first time looking for a Juki machine but not knowing much about the actual machine just the machine's reputation. The owner spent a good half hour showing me a couple different machines and offered good advice. I returned to purchase a machine and she went out of her way to work with me. I participated in her mask sewing project a couple months ago. It's definitely a shop that caters to its regulars but I do in my business also.

We were in town for a quilt show and visited numerous quilt shops, and this is the only shop we came back to for a second visit! Regal Fabric and Gifts has the most beautiful and unique fabrics that you don't find elsewhere. Great selection for both beginner quilters and advanced! Wish I lived closer so I could take their classes!! Irene and her staff are sooooo helpful! Love this shop!!!

I recently purchased a sewing machine and was impressed to be required to be present to unpack my new machine along with store owner. So I saw the exact condition of the machine right out the box. Then I was immediately given the basics of the machine operation and shown and required to do return demonstration of the basics. The staff and owner are friendly and polite while conducting business so they provide quality service to each customer. Each visit to this store is a 380 mile round trip and a 6 hour drive! And this store is worth the trip based on the quality of seeing machines and fabrics they sell, and quality of help they give!
