Even tho I saved them a trip in heavy traffic and went to pick my large package up myself, the guy seemed in a hurry and wanting to just get me out of there. The package had damage and he quickly wrote it on the delivery ticket, brushing it off like he didn't have time to deal with it. Luckily the contents were not damaged.

Mike Mc was not customer service friendly, very condescending attitude. He did not follow instructions for a no sign delivery. Thankfully my son was home to sign off, as my package would not have been dropped off.This company was assigned for my Home Depot purchase. I hope Home Depot reconsiders a different trucking company with better customer service and a caring attitude.

Delivery was trash. What they do to your trailer is horrible. Those guys who unloaded my truck are vandals. Destroyed 2 load locks. Abused trailer. Looks 5 years older now.

Unloading trucks are issues there. Not organized and very rude. Drivers sitting for hours and days waiting to get unloaded. Hard to contact people there with their limited call hours.

called this morning and the lady told me it was on the truck for delivery today (Friday) between 10:00 and 1:00. Got a call around 11 to schedule delivery on Monday. apparently they do not even know when stuff is going to be delivered.
