If I could leave 0 stars, I would.I made a reservation here on March 12th, and ended up not getting back to town in time, so I called to cancel. During that call, I specifically told the guy I am aware you guys are keeping the first night deposit, since it's last second cancellation. He told me No, you haven't even checked in, there's no charges/you will not be charged anything, no worries.The next morning, they pulled the entire price for 2 nights/3 days, (what I had booked previously). I called them immediately, and was told I'd need to call the next day to speak with the manager, and that the money would be refunded- as "in their systems it showed they pulled it then immediately cancelled it." *Yet on the 3rd day, they couldn't even locate my original reservation.Well, broken record begins. "Manager will be here tomorrow, call us then." that is the exact same thing I've been told every day- since. Regardless of what time I call, some way, some how, the manager is never available. The charges were not reversed. I appreciate the few staffs I've actually spoken with, as they have been very patient, understanding, and kind towards me- and they have attempted to give me an actual answer. That said, the entire situation is just ridiculous.Moral of the story?Don't book with Ramada. Find a place that is actually up front about any and all funds they will in fact be pulling. 0/10, Ramada. Smh.

Do not stay here. As a Wyndham time share holder, this hotel was unsafe for my daughter and not clean. We were followed by random adult men almost to our rooms, there was profanity written on the walls, the room was not cleaned, there was no breakfast. Ended up checking out early and staying at a different hotel. Management was very kind, which is the only positive thing I can say. We had to stay here for a sports event (stay to play) and I would 100% choose elsewhere

I will start by saying the staff was great! She was very helpful and did her best to accommodate. Our stay at your hotel was horrible.The 1st room they checked us into... we were greeted by a fire alarm that was chirping and hanging off the wall. There was hair all over the shower and beds. The mirrors were filthy. The 2nd room she moved us to, was not much cleaner. The toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet. That made for a great experience when I went to the restroom. The 3rd room... she offered to do a walk through. Honestly I should have just walked away. I did a quick glance over the room. Although the mirror were dirty, the place COVERED in dust, and floors were filthy I accepted. Upon opening the fridge we found food stuck to the bottom. My daughter wanted to pop popcorn, microwave was clearly not cleaned. The entire room smelled of mold, cigarette, and Bleach.We went to use the pool. The lights in the pool area were about half burned out, which left us with a very dark swimming area. The hot tub was nice. We called our swimming experience when a hairball the size of a fist was floating around.Honestly didn't think it could get worse... I went to use the coffee supplies (I got coffee from the lobby). I was not going to brew coffee in a coffee maker that disgusting. All of our "wrapped" creamers/straw/sugar packs... had been opened missing items. I honestly am disgusted in your hotel. I've stayed at some super nice, some not so nice and everything in between. This was by far my worst experience EVER... my mom who rented the room was to embarrassed to ask for a refund after we switched rooms 2 times. She was also told the room was nonrefundable. You guys should be ashamed of your rooms... the location is obviously not in a good part of town... unknown to my mother who assumed by the name and brand we would be staying in a decent place. If I could rate a negative experience I would. I have never been one to jump on and bash a business... but people should be aware of what they are getting.

My experience was absolutely brutal. 1st room we got put into, the TV never worked. 2nd room we got moved into, had towels missing, room wasn't fully cleaned or stocked. Only good thing was the front desk receptionist and the bed. Not sure why wyndham hotels are garbage. Used to work for 1, can see why I quit. This hotel needs an owner and general manager that actually cares. I would never stay here again and I sure as hell wouldn't recommend it. I refund would be nice, but that ain't gonna happen.

The whole place smells of cigarette smoke. When we walked into our room at first we were overwhelmed by the smell of bleach but after opening the window as far as we could all we could smell was cigarette smoke. When we first walked into the building a gentleman at the front counter was telling a story to front counter lady waving a cigarette around.

The staff is AMAZING!!! However the facility is wanting! Wyndham, you throw your name on this place, it needs fixed and updating to your standards, because the facility is sub-par! Shame on you for making such incredible staff work in a place that needs so much help!!!Rooms: Need updated. Our room was at the very end, and our room was damp. The employees tried their best to make things good!!!

Linens were stained and room was poorly cleaned. The staff were salty and ignored me as much as they could. One guy who hangs out in the lobby watching TV (think he is the owner or someone who works there) kept following me every time I went to my room like a creep. The location is also in a bad part of town and I would not recommend being outside alone or leave anything of value in your car or room cause it will probably get stolen.

We were very disappointed in our stay. Firstly, they checked us into a room where the TV was on, clothes were on the bed, and clearly somebody was staying. Secondly, the next room they checked us into was extremely humid, hot, and smelled strongly of chlorine. It was clean-ish, but not that clean. The hallways were musty and unvaccumed. Thirdly, the hot tub jets were blowing cold water into the hot tub so that was lame. And to wrap up the stay, when we left in the morning (6am or so) there was no coffee at all in the lobby. Oh, and we couldn’t make coffee in the room because there was about a tablespoon of white powder in the coffee maker (that we were very unsure of…) I’m sorry to say I would not recommend this location at all. Spend $20 more and feel comfortable at night.

Had a good stay except that the TV and the 2 remotes were confusing and not working well. The help came in and took our dirty face cloth and towel, then didn't replace them for the next day. Hot water not very hot and water pressure for just hot water isn't enough to hold the shower button closed so my shower was not enjoyable. Also twice now I've been told that my receipt would be emailed to me and haven't received one yet. Little things, yes but they effect the comfort level of the room. If there are too many little things though and it dooms the holiday stay. Will stay again.

Had a king room, it was not very spacious. Small walkway between bed and dresser. Would have been nice for 2 people to have somewhere to sit other than the bed.Not easy to access off 2nd street there is a unlabeled driveway that is hard to see in the dark in which you are meant to drive up that is only labeled with a sign mentioning that there may be pedestrians there.We got in later Friday night and went to bed as soon as we got in. Unfortunately come the next morning we realized our bedding was dirty on the underside of the bedding and the fitted sheet had a urine stain. I stripped the bed and threw everything in the bathtub for housekeeping. Housekeeping only cleans your room every 3 days unless requested so I went to the front desk to request new bedding and explained the situation to only have the worker laugh at us. She did not offer any apology that this was our experience and was frustrated we had put the bedding in the tub and was more worried that we would have used the bathtub before doing that. Later that evening I spoke to the assistant manager after requesting the managers contact information as I found this extremely unprofessional. The assistant manager did apologize and mentioned she would pass this onto management but that I was also welcome to email them to which I did and have not heard anything from them in the last 3 days.

Good staff, clean, well-stocked travel shop on premises, good breakfast. Did not use indoor pool, but to nice to have one. Beds comfortable. Heat/ac unit good. Seemed good value to me and would easily stay here again.

Room was old and dated, but the whole hotel was old.The sheets had what looked like pubic hairs as well as long head hairs in the sheets, plus stains on the pillow cases and sheets.The lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful and worked hard to get us our money back so we could leave and find a better location to stay at.The location of the hotel was sketchy as best though, with lots of people walking around last night in the parking lot strung out when we first arrived in town.Rooms: Dirty, old and outdated.Safety: Not a very safe neighborhood by the looks of the area.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I called to inquire about an item left in the room after check out. The front desk said they could not locate it in the room or lost and found, despite having found other similar items in other rooms. After following up with them several times over three weeks, they still have no idea where the item was and will not return calls or follow up. I was given contact information for the manager, whom failed to reply despite several attempts to get in contact with them.

The staff are almost ALL in on the scams they be pulling .they delete video footage and try to say we never put a deposit. Wouldn't recommend to anyone stay away from these cons . They said credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash deposit come to find out the next day they have no records of us even renting a room so they kicked us out after asking to see the full video footage. NEVER come here hopefully they get shut down soon this hasn't been the first time with me . They see I'm a younger adult so they took advantage of that and claim I never paid for anything.... please do not go here.... horrible customer service and they don't barely clean the rooms or treat the customer with integrity or respect I would recommend shutting down this place or replacing the entire staff because most staff members are in on scams they pull on people. My first vacation to Spokane and it ruined my whole experience
