I had an excellent service appointment at Quantum Mechanics today.
I scheduled a 90k mile service with several concerns - They found spark plugs, serpentine belt, oil leak issues and general maintenance that I was unaware of.
Dave and Robert were absolutely Perfect ---Professional, Knowledgeable, Kind, Caring and Genuinely and Sincerely Honest and Helpful ! ! !
I was given a more than fair Estimate and Happy to Pay My Bill.
I left Quantum Mechanics this afternoon with a Feeling of Security and Peace of Mind ! ! !

My family and I have taken multiple different cars there for about 2-3 years now. Each time they really take care of us. They’re straightforward and to the point, but never make you feel dumb. Robert and Dave both are so awesome!

Dave was great. Straight up and honest. I had a coolant leak on my 2007 Santa Fe. He diagnosed the problem and gave a pretty good quote on the repair. I also had him replace the spark plugs knowing the back 3 plugs were hard to get to and needed some housing removed to get to access. He had all done in a next day after drop off. I appreciated the shop’s reply to any negative reviews. My experience was good and price was better than a dealership.

I was told that the catalytic converter in my car needs to be replaced. the owner of the car service told me that if this is not changed, the brakes in the car may fail at any moment.... this statement is nonsense, of course, since the brake system and the catalitic converter are completely different. Therefore, I have big doubts about the competence of car service workers!

My check engine light was flashing last night meaning my Accord needed service or more engine damage was probably. I called Dave at 8:00 am this morning and he said bring it in right away. In less than two hours they had it diagnosed, contacted me and had it ready to be picked up. If you want great customer service use Quantum Mechanics.
