I live in the tri-cities area but when I found out I had to have a triple bypass I sought out a second opinion. When they got me in right away to see a cardiac surgeon for the second opinion, I was put at ease and made to feel important. So when it turned out that I did indeed need to get the surgery I chose to go with Sacred Heart for my operation. I highly recommend them they are truly one of the best in the country.

If I could I would give them zero stars. The front counter people are rude and not helpful at all. My grandma was having trouble breathing and all they said is we have to wait. We have been sitting there for 5 hours and haven't seen anyone.

They don't care about patient care, just money. They're replacing physicians with nurse practitioners with only a small fraction of the training. Also, the nurse practitioners do not have medical training, just nursing training with algorithmic approaches to medications rather than comprehensive psychopharmacology knowledge.

I went here for my dental appointment. It was alright. Not much pain. Really didn't feel any pain at all. I go here once a month. Dentists and staff are great with my teeth.

Er need to be fixed. If you have postive covid patients they should not be sit with people in er without covid. This risk spread of covid to people that dont want it like myself. People sitting in the covid section should be allowed to eat because they not wearing a mask. Drunks get more care from the doctors and nurses then non drunks. Drunks get care almost right away with in 25 minutes at most while everyone else in a waiting room is forced to wait hours and hours. It's sad our medical system cares more about drunks then normal hard working people.One of the worst experiences you can have in a hospital.

My wife spent an extensive stay at sacred heart hospital. On getting out she will have to walk with her walker for 4 blocks. I had to walk 4 blocks with a disability. Your theirs or ? Parking patrols for VALIDATED PARKING is very RUDE. They don't have handicap parking up front. Their was 3 places. She has very important disabilities. That's why she was here. Its down right stupid. Now to show the gal at validated we are stronger then you think then we will walk 4 blocks . We have a dog and even though i was already parked with my placard we e cant park there. parking

The people that work the parkade and the front desk give a very warm welcome. The atmosphere is calming and has beautiful decor on the main floor. They have a user friendly system going on, which makes going to see your doctor, a little more pleasant.

My name is Nicholas and I came in on Christmas Day with a bad cough that's lasted for 2 months. Turns out I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis, but mainly wanted to thank all the staff in the ER that helped me, it made me feel better to have nurses and technicians take care of me.

I've been here with my dad now for 5 hours. 93yr old severe chest pain radiating down his left arm. No md has been seen, he has had labs and ekg and vitals done only. No md, still sitting in waiting room. The part that makes me more mad is a woman with her husband just walked in. She called an md friend of hers, I know because she talked on speaker phone. He said he would call er md. 15min later they're being seen in waiting room by md. While I'm trying to make dad comfortable in waiting room and keep him warm. They are pacing around waiting room, occasionally going for test, md coming out to talk with them multiple times. After 5 hours they are discharged and my dad still has not seen a Dr. This is disgusting, I knew they were bad and only came here because of their insurance. I had no idea how truly awful this hospital was. 0130 in am, still no md and noting done. No nurse, no drink of water. Dad left ama. Said he'd rather die than go back
