I am really disappointed there is no indication anywhere online that this is a limited stock store compared to their south hill location. Everything indicates, from google maps, yelp, to their website, that the stock is the same at both locations. I double checked their website to make sure the Kendall yards location carried what I needed only to be told otherwise after getting there.

They're expensive but deal in quality food treat and pet accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great place to go especially if you have a pet with allergies or gut issues.

They're very knowledgeable about what products will work best for your animal. Their merchandise is quality stuff. They took a lot of time explaining their products and didn't try to hard sell anything. In fact she recommended that we attended a training session that we'd signed up for with a different company before purchasing a certain collar or harness to see what the trainers recommended. Definitely will get our business in the future.

I've been a previous customer of this store but after my rude treatment this evening, not going again and not recommending to friends or BnB guests. I didn't realise it was five minutes till closing when I asked about coming in. I got a rude, "yeah, we close in 5 minutes". I was going to buy $50-100 worth of pet products and be in and out but ok, if you don't want people in the store 5 til close I suggest you lock the door. And retrain your employees on how to convey information. And if that was the owner who said it then definitely not coming back.

We love visiting Prairie Dog to pick up all our favorite Steve’s Real Food raw patties and freeze dried. They have all the flavors our dogs love and they will special order bulk boxes for us when we really want to stock up!

Super cute little pet store. Very friendly staff. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they know where to get it. Lots of fun items. Natural medication, pet foods, clothing, and accessories. Most things you will need for your furry friend.I was in looking for some things specific the other day. They didn’t have it, but they knew exactly who would. Give me great recommendations. Thank you!

Top notch pet store - very friendly and helpful. They have raw dog and cat food from several suppliers, including Steve's. Street parking can be hit-or-miss, but you can always park at Fresh Market and walk over. I visit several times per month.

I did not catch the name of the amazing worker who helped me today but she was SO helpful and gave me some great advice on cat food. You could tell she really cares about her job and animals. I have not experienced customer service like that in a long time. Thank you
