Piper is a nut! She always looks beautiful after her appointment and they really listen to what the client wants. They go above and beyond and have even noticed medical issues that we ended dealing with early on. Piper wasn’t acting sick but turned out having a very serious uterus infection. Liz recommended taking her to the vet after what she noticed and it likely saved Pipers life. ❤️

Indian Trail Animal Hospital
5150 W Barnes Rd, SpokaneI have been a client of ITAH for 7 years. In the last 2 years, Dr Skinner has provided all of my fur-kids with beyond amazing medical care, and the entire team at Indian Trail has been kind, warm, and like family for us. Dr Skinner saw my beloved soul dog Max through his final year with cancer, and compassionately laid him to rest June 21st, 2023 when it was his time. It was the hardest day of my life, but there was no other set of hands I would have trusted him with in those final moments. A few months later, the clinic reached out to ask if I'd be willing to foster a young german shepherd who had been abandoned. That young man had some big paw prints to fill, but he has become my best friend, and an outstanding fur-sibling in the family; we love him dearly and are thankful every day that we were connected with him. Since then, ITAH has continued to be a safe place for my animals to get the care they need. Thank you, Indian Trail, for going above and beyond to define what veterinary care should be. There's nowhere else I'd rather go.

Cat's Meow Feline Veterinary Clinic
1017 S Perry St, SpokaneCharleigh is 12 1/2 year old Ragdoll. She is my only "child". Everytime I took her to a vet clinic my cat would absolutely transform into a evil cat. This clinic was recommended to me as the best place I could bring Charleigh. So I did, and the staff was so good to her, and the horrible patient she was in the past didn't happen this time. Of course Charleigh was scared but the doctor and tech had Charleigh calm during the exam. On the way to the clinic she was meowing very angry, but when we drove home she was very calm. This clinic is closed on the weekend, but that didn't stop the doctor from calling me Saturday and letting me know what the lab results were. I live on the north side of Spokane, but the drive is worth it to get amazing service that my cat even approves of. I promise you everyone at this clinic cares. It's more then just a job to them, you can tell it is their passion.

South Grand Veterinary Clinic
3104 S Grand Blvd, SpokaneI cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rush and his staff. Our dog had a sock lodged in his stomach yesterday and needed emergency surgery. The vet we've taken him to for the past 7 years gave us an eye-watering, astronomical quote (up to $10K) and told us the chances of finding another vet to do same day surgery was next to nil.
We felt like we were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Our pup is an essential part of our family but we'd basically have to take out a loan to pay for his surgery. I decided to get a second opinion before we moved forward.
I saw all the great Google reviews about South Grand Vet, so they were the first vet I called. I'm so, so glad I did. They went out of their way to get our sweet boy into surgery– Dr. Rush even stayed with him well into the evening to ensure he was doing ok. We're so incredibly grateful to he and his staff. They will be our permanent vet from this day forward.

6917 N Cochran St, SpokaneMy dog, Flynn, struggled with appropriately greeting and interacting with other dogs. After a 6 week board and train with Matt, Flynn is a gentleman who is now able to play with other dogs and is able to express his boundaries in a more appropriate way. When I visited Flynn two weeks into the board and train it was clear to me that I had absolutely no reason to worry. Flynn was so comfortable with Matt and was having the time of his life on “vacation”. The entire experience was amazing, Matt kept me in the loop like I was right there with Flynn. At the go home lesson we didn’t miss a beat, Matt explained everything in a way that I could understand and is willing to continue working with Flynn and I on going. Matt has a way with the dogs, he treats them with respect and kindness and it shines through the relationship he creates with the dogs! I cannot thank Matt enough for helping Flynn and I have the best possible relationship!

I have specific problems with my dog and she blocked out a 2 hour time frame to focus on him and helped me sort through my training and safety options with him. I want to train him to wear a muzzle, she recommended the Baskerville. I didn't know for sure what size so I bought 2 (elsewhere, she doesn't sell them) and she helped me find the right fit and taught me how to make it a positive experience! The collar training system I purchased (also elsewhere) was a bad choice, however, and I will be returning that!! I had socialized and clicker trained a couple of different dogs with Heather before she got her own place, and absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to cut to the chase. Pretty or not, she will tell it to you straight!!

The staff here are super friendly greeting everyone who walks in the door and thanking everyone as they leave. The ambiance is lovely soft background music with everyone having their own conversation feels awesome. The food is a delight and super delicious and the coffee is fantastic. Converted my usual white chocolate americano into an ube americano with ube whipped cream topping my new fav. Make sure to find this gem and check it out soon. The Fig, which is their best-selling sandwich was delicious! Also tried their cotton candy seltzer and it was scrumptious - wasn't too sweet. Hillary let me also try the strawberry basil and mango lemonade, which were incredibly yummy. They also sell their crafted drinks, so you can take a 4-pack home with you. Highly recommend eating and drinking here!

Our dog, Mia, is utterly terrified of so many things (vacuums, mops, brooms, beeps, lots of loud noises...and we have two young boys!) Her extreme anxiety would send her jumping fences every time we needed to clean! Heidi and Scott and their crew have been so gentle with Mia, helping her to find her place in the pack, and now she gets SO excited as soon as we pull up. We had taken her to an indoor doggie daycare, but she never really settled in, even with multiple visits. I think there is huge benefit in the outdoor setting of this playground, with the added benefit of far less noise and barking. We are so happy to have found this place!!
