I've never been but looking at reviews this place sucks as far as quality of care for the absurd price they give. Go to the vet clinic in ritzville, he's a nice guy who cares for the animals he works with and at a fraction of the cost these people are asking for.

We have a sick cat that had to be in the hospital for 3 days. We made an appt with internal medicine for follow up and they did nothing and charged us $215. We’ve already paid over $5k for our cat and it feels like they’re just trying to take all the money they can. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t and that they don’t set the price the vet does. We saw Whitney Nelson. It seems like they are taking advantage of owners who love their pets and would do anything for them. No blood work was done today, it would have been an extra $400. And when asked if we could do it somewhere else and have them look at it, they said yes but we would be charged again.
Guys, we’re not made out of money and have gone into debt because we love our cat so much. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THAT. PLEASE.

They helped me once again with my boy. He had to stay overnight, I got texts and pictures. Thank you for the amazing care and aftercare.

Thank God they were open all night. However, time was of the essence, and although everything worked out in the end, they certainly didn't seem to want to help us with the known home remedy to induce vomiting. $4k later, they were on it!

Came in with our little pug, who had an eye injury. We need he hurt it, as it was cloudy, and seemed to have a piece of pine needle or debris stuck in it. After the "nurse" checked us in, we waited for a while, then were finally called back. The "doc" then asked us what brings us in, acting like she hadn't already checked over our dog. She then proceeded to lay into us harshly, and in this order -
1. That our dog was overweight (he is slightly)
2. That pugs are known to have breathing problems (are does not, and happens to be a rescue) and needs nasal surgery.
3. And finally, that our dog had a corneal abrasion and just to put on a cone, and use antibiotic ointment.
Of course, we just wanted peace of mind, that his eye would be ok, and suggestion #3 is what we already were doing at home. We were more concerned that he had something embedded in his eyeball, and did not need to be insulted about his weight or breed. It's like going to a mechanic for engine trouble, and they scold you for owning a Ford Pinto, or saying it needs a paint job. She should've reversed the order of her list, and omitted the second. We known damn well that pugs can have issues with breathing, but ours does not, and we make sure to keep him cool in the summertime, which is the high risk months.
We don't plan on coming back. The staff is mostly unprofessional, although the facility itself seems very clean.

Had CT scan of my dog's lung and no follow up or communication from the professionals, I don't know what's wrong with my dog nor the next steps.

The doctor I saw was very helpful and caring she took her time explaining everything about my rabbits situation and procedures that needed to be done. I returned the next day for an ultrasound and the girls in the back were really caring and professional and unfortunately my rabbit had cancer and died. I was crying my soul off and they we're really caring and hugging me through this unfortunate situation. I strongly recommend this place the only thing they need to work on is all the girls and the guy at the front they acted and looked like they we're miserable working there and not too friendly. Other than that I strongly recommend it.

After $1780, we get no info for aftercare and no results. Really, are you kidding me! We feel really taken advantage of.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Our dog has had 2 ultrasounds there as we are dealing with a very strange issue. They went over estimates and everything that would be done . They are prompt with calling when things are finished. We are from Canada and the pricing is actually very comparable and even cheaper, even with our dollar being so low.

We were able to have our animal seen. The Vet was very concerned about my pet. She explained what she saw via an exam. Asked for permission to do blood work that would explain what was happening. The results were not Great. The outcome of the tests were not what I was expecting. However thru the whole process the service and compassion was top notch the understanding was very heart felt.
The explanation of things and the next steps was again very professional.
Thank you for what you did for our pet and the compassion for my family at this hard time of losing our pet to her health.
