I was new to CPAP, and had a lot of questions. I'm more of a visual learner, so went in to their office to meet in person. Richard was very patient and kind and did an excellent job of explaining all my options, teaching me how to use and clean and maintain everything, and how everything works with my insurance. When I later had some follow-up questions, I was in the neighborhood and popped in to ask, and Jaymie was equally pleasant and helpful and informative.I've had some difficulty with getting through on their main toll-free number (very long hold times) in the past, but the local office has so far always been very responsive and helpful.Highly recommend.

Between Performance and Dr. I am not pleased with either ones interaction. Still have not received my supplies.

Don't bother trying to call a local office. You'll get stuck in the main office phone tree. When you talk to someone at the 800 number they can't or won't help you get ahold of anyone local

Was visiting from out of town and discovered I had forgotten my CPAP mask and cushion at home. I called Performance Home Medical and they set me up with the Spokane store and was able to get me a replacement that morning. The two staff members at the Spokane store were so great and helpful. In and out in 5-10min.FYI: yes you will probably be on hold with their call center for a good period of time. The local number on the web just routes to the main call center. But everyone I dealt with was great. It's not their fault the wait times are long!

Jaymie helped me this afternoon. She was the friendliest front desk gal they have ever had. She was kind patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to try and get my insurance to cover my cpap mask instead of getting reimbursement later from insurance. While her efforts didn’t avail it didn’t take away from her kindness and her trying her very best to help! Thank you JAYMIE!

I've been trying for three weeks to place an order. When I call for an update I'm told they are still working on updating my insurance. Often times I'm put on hold and expected to wait 10-15 minutes on the phone for an answer. I've yet to speak to anyone who acts like they a=care about their job or customers. I'm DONE with these jokers. Plenty of other great options for ordering supplies.

Date of appointment 8/18/23Sorry for the late review,Just want to say my experience with performance home medical so far has been very positive. This past month has been crazy with different appointments and leaving my job for another career. I didn't know what to expect coming in for my appointment being new to CPAP and all but Richard did a good job walking me through how to use it.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This used to be the best DME in Spokane, now it is the worst. I have been a sleep tech for 18 years, and I started using cpap a year ago. My sleep physician's office unfortunately referred me to Performance for the machine and supplies. I got my machine last September and proved compliance by the middle of December. They billed my insurance with the wrong code, and now my account is in "review". I have called repeatedly asking to do a buyout so that I can just purchase the machine and be done with them. They say I can't because, again, my account is in review. They keep billing me for rental even though I'm pretty sure the machine should have converted to a purchase by now. I finally asked to have a billing supervisor call me and they said that someone would call within 24 to 48 hours. Guess what? No one called. Surprise. I'm starting to suspect that this is how this company makes their real profit; is charging cpap customers monthly rental on their machines that should have converted to purchase. And giving them the excuse that the account is in "review". If your physician's office refers you to this company, RUN.

I have had a great experience with Performance Home Medical from the initial equipment education and answering all my questions, to the troubleshooting and responsiveness when I needed to try a different mask. Their expertise helped me feel a lot more confident in starting CPAP therapy. Thanks everyone!

I ordered my resupplies in January. Because I was going to be at my daughters' home , I asked to have it sent there. I called midway of my 3 week stay and was told it was sent out a week after ordering and call if I didn't get it. Called again and was told that it had not been sent because Performance was behind in updating the new insurance coverage BUT someone would give me a status update the following business day. No call after 3 days so called again. I was directed to billing and insurance and waited 15 minutes before asking to leave a 'call back in the order it was received'. This was before 2pm!!! Again no call. Just called AGAIN and this time I was told my insurance is fine but the warehouse is behind and will be sent out this week! Thoroughly disgusted with their customer service. I intend to ask my physician about another company!!!

I ordered CPAP supplies on 12/2/2022 letting them know that I was leaving town on 12/14. They told me they could get me the supplies before I left town. I called again a few days later and my order had not yet been processed. Needless to say, the supplies did not arrive prior to 12/14. Upon opening the order when I returned, they had shipped me the wrong filters, despite specifically discussing my new CPAP machine. I called at the beginning of January and was assured they would rush out the correct filters. It's now 01/31/2023 and I have not received the filters. I did receive a bill though! Tried to pay the bill on line and it showed I have a zero balance. I tried calling their "Billing Questions" number and could not reach anyone. I've waited over 24 hours and they have not returned my call, despite their message that told me I could save my spot in line and receive a call back by pressing #1. I've been on hold again today for over 20 minutes. This also happened on previous orders. I will do whatever it takes to not do business with this company in the future.

My wife has been dealing with Performance Home Medical for months to get supplies. We have heard needed a new prescription which we got. Waited and Waited. Contacted them again. It's out to shipping. Waited and waited contacted again. Doctor did not send proper paper work. Got that corrected and waited and waited. Looking into it and now may need insurance approval. Never had this problem with other Medical supply companies in the Seattle area.
