The individual that I spoke to on the phone was very Condescending. He asked me to repeat myself four times on what I was trying to get a quote on. He assumed I didn't know what I was Talking about and said that I'd better check Google before i called them anymore. So bad review ,bad customer service and not a Place that I would do business with whatsoever just cause of him. My advice may be to take a little bit more customer service relation classes and you know be a little bit more nicer. Or Don't say anything at all of course.

Honestly, if I could give P1 jewelry department, more stars I would. The manager Matthew was super super helpful. And totally worked with me with my situation. And understood my confusing financial transaction and was super compassionate. I recommend anyone who wants to buy jewelry, go to pawn one on division! And ask for Matthew he will help you out more than you expect. Thanks again for the A+ customer service. I will be returning there in the future for all of my jewelry purchases.

This place is simply amazing ? The employees go above and beyond to help their customer's that are in a bind. The Manager Richard and the jewelry Manager Monet get an extra 5 stars I already have given. 15 year customers and I'm going to definitely keep my business here

Been having a rough day, hard to say the least. Had to call Pawn 1 North with 101 different questions for a sale and the sweet girl in jewelry answered every question I had and then some with the sweetest disposition. Thank you for making this part of my day better. ?

They won't take any of the stuff I have tried to pawn I am trying to pawn these amber lights so I could get gas to go see my dad before he dies but they won't take anything like they are so unhelpful if my dad dies before I can go see him going to be mad

today is a good day I have got my last item from this very dishonest pawn shop and I'm glad to say I don't have to put another foot in the door again and I definitely won't bye for good after 20 years of doing business.. I'm sure I won't be the only customer not coming back.. there's been a lot of bad things going on and they probably don't care .. mark should take a long hard look at how his employees are destroying his shop ... double eagle

This pawn shop is very untrustworthy they rip people off left and right … they say there all about customer relations…not even close . Beware if you have something in pawn they will not notify you if is due instead of making interest on it they would rather have it sitting on the floor for sale that is why this store is so packed with items that you probably don’t know you have lost .. I’ve spent thousands of dollars in this store and now I won’t step foot in any pawn 1 from Spokane to cda .. they suck and the don’t care about you in store or out of the store … I was dealing with Richard and was treated like I never spent a dime there they don’t live up to the post on pawn 1 website… check your tickets everybody they will not hesitate to bend you over …..!!!! Good luck and you’ll never see me again….. probably don’t give a rip but I do …. O and Aaron that works there is awsome he actually might care … Thanks for nothing

I was helped by Richard who was super kind and very helpful I needed some last minute Christmas gifts and he helped me get exactly what I needed and didnt try to over sell me. He kept everything within my budget and this is by far the largest pawn 1 I’ve ever seenAlso they have movies for PENNIES! so many movies

Went in and was not able to get assistance to view any of the items in the case. They had five or more employees working unoccupied behind the counter that I made eye contact with and said loudly with my husband we would like to look at something in the case when they just turned their heads down and avoided eye contact. The only employee that remotely made an attempt to say hello to us was an elderly man at the front door. It used to be when I would go into a pawn one employees would be very eager to speak to customers and make a sale. I had a similar experience last week at the north Monroe store. Where their employees could be Barely bothered to look up from their phones to say hello and looked unkempt and in dirty cloths.

After standing around at the gun case for more than 5 minutes while four employees stood around talking just a few feet away I gave up and walked out. The handguns were mostly bunched up on the bottom shelf, which was dark, while the top two shelves were mostly empty. That makes it pretty hard to see what they have for sale. I was very interested in one of the 9mm handguns they had with MOS mounts but since I couldn’t get anyone to even talk to me that made it impossible. It used to be that when you came into pawn one they would come up and ask what they could do to help, now they just stand around showing each other their phones. What a waste of time.

Stingy pawn shop out to rob the poorest in our community. Will never buy or sell to this shop. Been in dozens of times. They offer lowball buyout and overprice used items. I imagine their ceo doesn’t care cause he’ll never be poor enough to need a pawn shop.
