The coupl in front of me was asking for help to color match some stain in a specific piece of wood. The technician went above and beyond, offered to test several different shades in the sample they brought and try to find a good match. He took their contact information and reassured them he would call in a few days.”

“I am so impressed with the people here. Emmet is so knowledgable about anything you can name. It is amazing that he knows the neighborhood so well, and almost anticipates what you are going to need for the home at hand. We made several visits over a week's time fixing up our rental house for sale. Virginia seems to like her job and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. This neighborhood hardware store is the best for having items in stock and the information you seek.”
