Best pharmacy in Spokane. After experiencing terrible service at be chain pharmacies I switched to Owl and it was totally worth it!

I've been picking up my prescriptions at Owl Pharmacy for 3 yrs now & I plan on continuing to get my prescriptions thru here & but thru the chas mail out pharmacy. The 2 people who work there are very nice & helpful to me. I really like the hometown feel of this pharmacy & it being like a little gift shop as well plus the woman who works up front there, has always been very friendly & helpfull & she says me by name & asks how I'm doing every time I have to go pick up my prescription. Never had any rude or bad existing experience. very friendly place

I love this pharmacy! I've tried virtually every other pharmacy in town and they were all ridiculously incompetent - often not answering the phone and very unhelpful when they did answer, messing up prescriptions or forgetting to order a medication, etc. Owl is totally on top of everything and I never have to worry! Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. The only drawback is that they aren't open on weekends but that's a small price to pay for the excellent service they provide. Highly recommend.

Older lady who works there doesn't wear a ask and screamed at an autistic toddler, because she wasn't wearing a mask she spit all over my special needs 4 year old sister while she screamed at her. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism here, this is unacceptable.

Service was good. Cute little store. Hard to find. GPS told me the building across the street so I had to hunt it down. It’s a big red brick building.

Friendly and thorough staff. My family feels welcome and cared for every visit. The trinkets in the gift shop are also entertaining and thoughtful.

These guys are great! They tried to help me even though my provider, Nicole Breen from Providence North wouldn't help me! I've been on Paroxitine for over 30 years but she decided to play keepaway from very important medicine and now I decided to end it for good! I will be happy for once!

Went there to pick up a prescription for my mom. Her doctor had not called it in, even though she asked them to in the morning and it was already 1 pm. I understand mistakes happen but the gal who works there treated me like she was scolding her grade school child. Glad I don't deal with that at my pharmacy!
