I ordered a part to be delivered to my closest store by 10 am the following morning (Sunday). I hadn’t received any confirmation that the part arrived so I called Monday afternoon. I was placed on hold…for 15 minutes. With no end in sight, I gave up and called right back and my call was taken immediately by the person that put me on hold in the first place, so basically they forgot I was on hold the whole time. The guy said they had received the part the previous day (the day it was supposed to be delivered). So do the employees just not call when they get parts in and rely on the customer to call and check themselves? Because my confirmation email said I would be contacted when the part arrived.I picked it up the following day only to get home and discover they did not give me the correct size and that the part number did not match what I ordered, so now I have to go out of my way to return the part and order it again from somewhere else (because I’m not giving O’Reilly my money ever again) and delay this fix to my vehicle by another week. Incredibly poor service across the board, take your business elsewhere.
