Colin at the store is outstanding, goes out of his way to get exactly what you need and tells you how to do it if you have any questions. Our first time at the store and since then have been back 3 other times for stuff for the truck I just bought thanks to Colin!!! The store has a great selection at reasonable prices, do your self a favor, if you do need help ask for Colin.

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff! I'm learning how to take care of my old Toyota (Youtube University, people!). And I walked in needing a part, not totally sure what it was I was looking for, and their staff took at least fifteen minutes to look through all of their heat sensors to help me find what I was looking for! Very patient, kind, and trustworthy.

Went in 7:40AM Monday morning to find a “Brake Light Switch” for a 97-02 Ford Expedition and was greeted & assisted by Maria.We found this part at the Francis & Market Street location, she called and had them verify it was actually on hand, had them put it in “will call” so it would be there for me when I arrived.excellent customer service!
